I knew on move-in day that we would not be renewing our lease. We were told we were getting a clean unit with a dishwasher. When we got here we were told that the leasing agent who started our lease didn't finish it and she didn't work here, so they weren't expecting us and the unit we reserved wasn't available. They gave us a dirty unit with no dishwasher and old, brown urine on the toilet AND PUT THE RENT INTO THE SYSTEM AT $25 A MONTH EXTRA!!!!! That took 4 months to fix. My tub is spray-painted inside the tub and that flakes off every time I shower. This complex is unsafe, two weeks in a row there has been people outside my window at 4 a.m. on Saturday morning--once it was a neighbor trying to steal cable and once a car was broken into. There have been people leaving dog crap on my neighbor's doorstep since August and the office staff refuses to do anything to help. The ads say this is a gated community--but the gate hasn't worked in years and there are no plans to fix it. This place is loud, dirty, littered with trash and feces and it reeks of pot smoke. The office staff is rude, snotty and ineffective. Maintenance is in no hurry to address resident issues...probably because the office staff doesn't tell them to. Believe all the reviews that say there are bugs, mold, drugs, and trash everywhere because those are the truth. Also, this place is ridiculously overpriced.
