I moved in December 2025. I have had several maintenance issues since moving in. The maintenance team fixed the issues. The pool and other facilities are nice and people are enjoying the grills and outdoor tvs.

A excellent complex with great amenities and knowledgeable, friendly employees!!! We went to many apartments, and went back to Bainbridge, it was the best place that we saw in that 60 mile radius. We are excited to move in!!

Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful property. Smooth move in process. High sense of urgency from staff for any needs. Great amenities. Gym is phenomenal. We were able to view the apartment and rent it and move in all within 36 hours. The staff was extremely helpful. The property seems safe and we love that it is gated and we are excited for the second gate to open.

Bainbridge is a beautiful community. It's still going under construction, but the staff is wonderful. They were hosting a yoga class on the day of me touring so it shows that they care about their tenants.
