Not a place to call home

Colonial Grand looks fabulous on the outside and the models look great but beware when you move in. I have lived there for almost a year and thank goodness I am out of a lease very soon. Anything you need fixed from day one will not be repaired the whole time you are there, but it is not maintnances fault it is the offices. All the women are so rude in the office and have no people skills. I must also agree that the utility bills are astronomical and for the rent you pay you deserve so much more. The lawn is not maintained well and when you look at the complex look at the mold growing on the pool ( it is rarely clean)
