Good place

I like living here, but I'm getting sick of the commute to work - I pay 755 a month for a 1bedroom and 95 additional for a garage thats a little walk - maybe 60 yards or so tops.<br><br>I keep my thermostat at 78*, turn off my appliances when not in use, purchased high efficiency lightbulbs for everything and it still costs me 90-100 dollars a month for electricity. The apartment complex has a clean pool, I don't know WTF the other complaints are for about it being dirty but I have NEVER seen that pool unclean, all the amenities work and the parking is WONDERFUL. Very quiet place as well. The landscaping is WELL kept. In fact, since I work nights - I always think "damnit are they out cutting the grass AGAIN?" I'm sure they have a lawn service out at least once a week, and they stay out all day trimming, cutting lawns etc. Bad drawback is they force you to basically have Brighthouse for cable or have 300,000 worth of renters insurance to have a satellite. I for one HATE BRIGHTHOUSE. The roadrunner is lousy, 49 dollars a month for basic cable etc..Verizon FIOS is in the area, but management won't let them in to install their service and my parents have it at their house - you pay less for WAY more. But that is my only gripe...a very small gripe.<br><br>However, I have a 50 mile round trip to work and back and I dread when school starts back in fall - additional mileage. If only you could find places like this IN TAMPA. You either pay outrageous prices in Tampa or you live in hood. So thats why I came to Pasco, cheap rent and nice neighborhoods.
