Have lived there a year and am enjoying it. Spacious apartments&#44; well-kept lawns. Close to pretty much any type of shopping you need to do. Have not had ANY problems with kids. That problem must occur in a certain section of the complex. I rarely see kids at all. Love the 24-hour gym! Good walking trail. Parking is much better than other complexes. Staff is friendly and responds appropriately to requests and maintenance issues - 95&#37; of the time. Downside is long&#44; long drive to working downtown but it&#39;s worth it. Will probably stay another year. Only major complaint is how fast residents drive through parking lot. Must admit utility bills are high though.

Great place.  Friendly community.   Beautiful landscapes.   Dog friendly.  Apartments are really beautiful. 
 Moved in April and have been very happy here.  Everyone is friendly and helpful.   Maintenance people are the best.

I like everything! I have been living here for six months and very happy !!! the only thing that causes concern is the aligator that swims in our lake)))) I like to run in the mornings to the lake district, a very beautiful place !!!!

It has been a pleasure to call this community home for the last 15 years.  I was the original resident in 2004 - that should speak volumes of my satisfaction with CGSO, the management and the maintence staff.  What a an amazing group!  I can't thank them enough for everything they do!!!

It's the most beautiful and very clean community staff is excellent very helpful great maintenance when you need something fixed it's done right away I wouldn't want to live or be anywhere else they are one of a kind

Everyone is very friendly. As you pass by neighbors and office personnel always wave and say hi. The office is always hosting events for the community to stop on by and enjoy themselves. The free car wash and vacuum is pretty cool to have and it's never a wait in line. The pool is always kept clean and never overcrowded

These are nice apartments with useable, well kept amenities in a great location. Staff is always friendly and quick to respond to needs within the communities and the homes. I would recommend living here

It has only been a few weeks, but we are loving the community and unit so far. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the community is absolutely beautiful. We moved from downtown Channelside and wanted a quiet place to live, and this community hit all the marks. It is peaceful, supportive, and beautiful and the staff is the most helpful staff we've ever dealt with. We couldn't be happier.

Colonial Grand at Seven Oaks is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful. The pool and pool area, complete with grills are a great place to gather, especially on the weekends. The location is great, with plenty of grocery stores, malls and restaurants close by. We have met great people here. The staff is very responsive.

The office staff has been great, the maintenance team also has been great! My apartment was rushed to be completed and no one followed up. They have slowly been taking care of repair issues at our request

We love living here. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool, grills for barbecue and a gymn. We enjoy our gorgeous walking trail daily. Maintenance responds very quickly to any needs or repairs to the unit.

Excellent community, very quiet and with a very professional management team. All the common areas look very clean and there are always people working to keep them that way. The lakes and fountains give a very good attraction to the place.

Below average. 

Office staff is "sweet", but care less about the residents. Two of my basic requests were not fulfilled - careless excuses both times (sorry we can't, sorry it's against the rules, sorry we aren't allowed to).

Roads/lots full of major pot holes for over 6 months now. A neighbor bent his rim - that big!

Maintenance team drives their golf carts on the lawn leaving muddy tire marks everywhere - do you think anyone cares to fix it?

My dishwasher isn't washing top shelf of dishes since I moved in. I can literary wash a single cup in it and it is still dirty after a cycle. Maintenance response is that I don't know how to load it properly. I guess my parents haven't thought me how to load a dishwasher (I'm in my 40s).

One and done for me here!
