Run for your life!!!!

Reasons not to live here: 1. The model that they show you is probably not what you are getting. They should us a model with a really nice second bathroom. They failed to tell us that was not what we where getting and we got stuck with a crapy second bathroom with a leaky toliet. 2. The dryer never worked right. The told us it was the cycle we where using and it never got fixed. We had to do it ourselves. 3. Pest control is a joke. They told us they came out and gave us a time and day. Well, we where home all day that day and no one ever came out. We have had a big ant and roach problem since we moved in. 4. The AC does not circulated through the whole apartment right. Half of the apartment is extremelly hot. 5. They found mold in our apartment. 6. The carpets are crappy and where dirty since we moved in. 7. They charge you a lot for trash service that is not optional. They only pick up two bags a day (and they do not pick up on weekends) and forget about them picking up boxes. I would rather take the trash to the compactor my self if I am going to have to do half of it myself anyway. 8. The water bill comes at very last minute. It is payable to the apartment complex and its very fishey. 9. They can never get rent and water payments straight. Numerous times I have had to prove I paid because they posted it to the wrong unit. 10. The lighting is very bad in certian areas. 11. They love to turn on the sprinkler systems at 6 pm when everyone is coming home from work. Expect a daily shower!! 12. The walls are very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in your neighbors apartments. 13. The management is really bad and extremelly rude. They only seem to like people between the ages of 35-45 and hate children, seniors, etcs. They are very racist!!! STAY AWAY FROM -----!!! 14. They charge numerous resisdents for things that they did not break or damage upon moving out. In short the amount we pay to live here is not worth the hassel and unless you want to live in missery stay far away!!!
