Not honest

Renters BE AWARE with this apartment building Loftin and their management company greystar. When I was moving out I went in and spoke to their community manager -----, to pay my final months rent including car port fees, fetch fees, utilities, you name it… I paid in full. I was then told my security deposit would be in the mail. I waited and waited and asked them where it is. I emailed them several times with no response. Today, 6 weeks later I opened up certified mail that not only are they keeping my security deposit but charging me $1202.21 They are crooks. Renters be aware!!!

The building is managed by Greystar which is a really cheap company. The staff is incompetent and failed to communicate details about a bomb evacuation threat until a resident spoke with corporate members of the company that owns the actual building. Additionally, Greystar has switched services for residents to receive packages from Luxer One to Fetch courier. Fetch courier does not deliver packages on time and does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. You are mandated to sign up for this service and waive the rights for fetch to sign for packages as you. I have to send packages To a family members house now because of this service. Stay away!

From the moment we met John Cuervo in the renting office, I felt I found home. Huge gym, outdoor dog area, coffee barista maker for all residents to use, beautiful lobby, 7th floor running track, gorgeous pool with barbecues and comfortable seating, and our apartment has the best view of the water/bridge/ and we watch the sunrise. We listen to the comedy club on thursday nights from the Meat Market which is a delicious place to buy meat or have a casual drink and meal. Fantastic place to live!!!

They close all amenities for 3 out of my 7 months lease.because covid 19. And thats ok, but i dont think is fer to fire all stuff,and still want the full rent. No way in the world i am going to pay them april and may. Be sure, that if there is new wave of covid 19, they will do the same,close everything,fire the stuff and charge full rent. New tenants be very carefull.

There was a stabbing here last week. Blood on the inside of a door, an elevator and in stair wells. Loftin has told people in the building someone cut their hand to cover up the incident. So I'll let it be known and repeat that there was a STABBING in the building by someone associated with a tenant. Last night my car (along with another car) was broken into. Windows smashed in the loftin parking garage. The doors into the garage were unlocked. This is after the same thing happened no more than a few months ago to different residents. Loftin is accepting no responsibility and told me I'we can't control what other people do'. I believe there are safer buildings close by who will take care of their residents. Way overpriced for what is given.

Lofitn Place is a poorly managed, not going to renew my lease when it comes up in two months. They will renege on any promise. I heard the prior management was much the same way, so it must be a thing to be unethical to be hired here. They charge high rents just because some things are walkable, but then ignore work orders and everything else. Look around for someplace else, you don't want to get stuck here for a year and then have the cost of moving again.

Really glad we chose Loftin Place! I was worried about noise, but so far, so good! The amenities are fantastic and we're looking forward to getting to know our neighbors! Easy walk to Clematis, but because we're on the north end of Downtown, we avoid most street closures / construction.

Great place to live. Only lived here for about 2 months so far but new property, good amenities, free fitness classes, clean, nice pool area and staff is responsive , also free coffee (espresso machine)

The easiest and best move-in experience I've had to date. I highly reccomend checking out this property! The grounds are well kept, the amenities (even the doggy spa) are to die for, and the staff is beyond easy going!

Absolutely terrible place. The apartments are fine but management will try to charge you for everything you are not responsible for. Make sure you keep track of all your records and try to record conversations with them as much a possible because you will get ripped off. A lot of of shady behavior and management is a mess. I lived there two years and the management got switched around 2-3 times and in the process losing everything. They are constantly making mistakes with rent, records, paperwork, appointments, and everything else you can imagine.

We live in this community since a year now and we really like it. The building is close to everything 5 min walking distance to Clematis ave. The building is brand new ( a year old) , Great amenities ( lobby, pool, tennis court), the maintenance is excellent! I definitely recommend Loftin Place!

The Loftin is great place to live. I have lived in a couple apartments in downtown West Palm Beach and this is by far my favorite. The neighbors, management, and security are all friendly and helpful. The amenities are great too. I look forward to waking up to their freshly made cappuccinos every morning!

Loftin place is a great place to live. The people, location and amenities are wonderful. The gym is a bit small, but fairly well equipped. Free garage parking with assigned spots is a huge plus. Also the building constantly holds events like Sunday brunches. I would highly recommend living at loftin place.
