This is a great community. Well run and maintained with friendly and efficient staff. Location could not be any better to downtown Wilton Manors. Directly off Wilton Drive, simply walk to local restaurants and bars. Units and grounds are well maintained. It is like living at a resort! Paradise!

I think this place is great. Yes, it is priced higher than other properties in the area but i can truly say you get what you pay for. First of all, the property is modern, electric efficient and very spacious. 2nd, the location is the best that you can imagine in the heart of Wilton Manors. Walking distance, and not blocks, but steps to everything! Once my car is parked from work, it does not move! 3rd, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They care, they listen and do everything possible to make this your home. What a great place to live!

Excellent facility that is well maintained, and features modern appliances. Studios are large and have an amazing wall of sliding doors. Staff are friendly and are always willing to assist you with queries in a timely fashion.

The apartment we moved into looked good but was not ready for move in. We had numerous maintenance items that should have been taken care of before move in day. The price is high for 800/sq feet and the application fee appears to be a non-refundable deposit in disguise The location is excellent. Not a good value for money in my view.

My apartment is great, especially the layout. The staff is great as if the maintenance group. I love it here. I certainly would recommend people to live here. I just wish you had two bedroom apartments without stairs. Overall I love it here. Would like it more if there were two bedroom apt in only one story. Thanks!

The Gables is one of the centerpieces of Wilton Drive and the community. It is by far, the most attractive and The The Gables at Wilton Park is one of the most attractive and impressive properties on the drive. the amenities and the staff is always there when you need them. I have looked at many properties in the area and none meet the standards as well as the Gables. I would recommend it to anyone looking to move to relocate to the area.

While the Gables has lost some great staff recently (Vivienne and Pedro), the overall staff is fairly responsive. However, it often feels like their hands are tied due to corporate. There are only 6 visitor parking spaces for all the residents while there are ample spaces that could be designated for residents. Eli and Janey are generally responsive so I don't hold them responsive. It appears to be a problem with the corporate folks at Gables Residential who are not listening intently to its residents here and local management staff.

I have read comments people have written about Gables Wilton Park and disagree with all the negativity. This place is awesome and it is expensive, however, you get what you pay for and you receive a lot. The staff is great, absolutely great especially Janey Mayville. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately, and there is no parking issues. The townhouse have a garage and space in the driveway and the main building has permitted parking. The pool area is like a resort. Everyone is friendly. Many people have dogs and the complex provides the poop bags so there are no issues whatsoever with people not cleaning up after their dogs. You can eat off of the streets here, it is clean and safe. The location is the best in Wilton Manors. You are in the heart of the City.

I have lived at the Gables Wilton Park for four years, yes there were growing problems and some of the staff did not belong here!! Now it is 2014 we have the best management in years and a great maintenance team. There are no parking issues now. Yes rent goes up every year!! so does everywhere else!! talk to management maybe they can work something out. You have to look at where you live, The Gables has just been refreshed and looks stunning and of course the key to this community is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!

This place is a total RIP-OFF! While the units are nice and the location is great if you want to live in the middle of all things "---," the staff, maintenance and parking totally BLOWS! ---- the manager is one of the most insincere people I have ever met. She will smile and tell you one thing to your face and then turn around and trash you behind your back once you leave the office. They are constantly changing the parking situation resulting in their tenants own cars being towed without any notice at all. They will say: "Well we put a notice on your door concerning the change in parking" as if that should suffice! DO NOT RENT HERE and DO NOT trust anyone in the front office---they will take as much money from you as possible and then stab you in the back! They will screw you over the pet deposits and will try and threaten you with legal action if you do not pay extra charges they want you to pay once your lease expires! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Not What it is SUPPOSED to be

This place is a joke. There is absolutely no follow through of maintenance requests. All you get is yes, yes, yes and nothing gets done. The leasing manager, Mary, is a joke. She does nothing but play favorites and smile in everyones face. The corridors are covered with animal feces and urine. They are NEVER clean. The elevators are always broken and the lack of ventilation is awful. For the sky high rents, you certainly don't get what you pay for. BEWARE, stay away and do not be fooled by the "smile and warmth" of the Manager.
