We keep driving by on our way to work and can&#39;t wait till they open. We live at another Gables property now and are extremely impressed with the professional way they manage their communities. We will ONLY live at a Gables property and highly recommend this location for anyone needing a great place to live. We hope to reserve one of the loft apartments directly on Wilton Drive!

Words cannot describe this property. The building&#44; structure&#44; interior&#44; exterior&#44; landscape&#44; parking&#44; location&#44; office staff...the list goes on! This has got be one of the nicest properties I have ever lived in. Even with the dust still settling from all the construction&#44; this place is truly breathtaking. The luxury studio lofts are one of a kind. The bathroom layout is phenomenol. The kithen appliances are top of the line. Everything from the slate-type tile to the exposed concrete 10&#39; ceilings are to die for. If you are thinking about moving into this property&#44; do it! You will not regret it.

Best rental community in Wilton Manors! The staff is friendly and professional, and the grounds are always safe and clean! Perfect for singles and families. I was sold as soon as I saw the model!

Great location the grounds are very well kept and the town homes are spacious. they are a cheaply appointed unfortunately the balcony is nice but smallish the construction seems solid great garage if they would just put some quality appliances in the units this would be an excellent value but since they don&apos;t its just overall a nice property
