What a Joke this Place IS

I have lived at the Gables since January and originally I loved it when the old property manager was here. She was attentive and sincere about the service she gives her residents. The old staff left about 3 months after I arrived and a new property manager named Mary came on. She's the number one reason why most residents want to leave. She's phony, insincere and shares everyone's business, which she uses to try and befriend you. The property is maintained okay but the rent is too high, the elevators are ALWAYS broken and the parking really sucks. There is no assigned parking although there's more than enough spaces to assign one to every apartment. If you're not home by 10 or so then you will have to park on the street because they don't keep track of who they assign the passes to. The property wouldn't be so bad if the management staff was changed. A quality management team can make most of the worse situations seem much better. While the Gables is a pretty facility, you can definitely do better for the money. I know I'm moving just as soon as my lease is up.
