NO to Gabels WIlton Park

Place is pretty, modern, and somewhat "safe". Staff is good. Other than that, it's way too expensive to live here. I lived in the town homes, then downsized to a loft unit, and still need to move out because they kept raising my rent sky high each time. This place does not "award" good renters at all. Much too high for the lack of modern amenities. There's no tennis courts, no car wash area, no dog run (not much grass for the dogs, if any at all), horrible parking issues (they really need to assign spots to the loft units), small gym, noise is a problem (especially at night and early mornings - I love hearing George's Alibi bar empty their bottles and garbage into a dumpster ever night around 3am. 9 out of 10 times I walked my dog she came back with fleas. Plus, it's not a gated community...for the high rents they want, this should be addressed...especially after we had a double murder happen a few blocks away recently. Also, there's only one way in & out to the entire complex by car...this is a fire violation waiting to happen.
