Too Expensive

Place has charm, the location is excellent. Managment team is way TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nosey and the gossip mill in the manager's office is off the charts. Don't let Mary (the managers) warm attitude affect your decision. The parking is no longer a problem it has been eliminated; lots of parking spots, many EMPTY units. The maintenance staff is outstanding; too bad the management isn't the same. I am sick and tired of hearing the gossip going on in the office whenever I go there (which is only if absolutely necessary). The rent raises are atrocious and there are many other apartments available which are just as close to the drive, much bigger and the rent is probably one-half the amount. Stay away.
