You pay for what you get. I live in a beautiful loft and the management and maintenance staff will fix or repair any issues the same day. Mary the manager is always present in the community and when I moved in was involved in activities in the community. I hear rumors of people complaining about the rent. Most of these residents were part of discounted rents to get residents in the building. The Gables community is upfront with the rent prices. Before moving here I went to several apartment buildings that were offering specials but you needed to sign a 13 month lease and pay for additional parking. The other building I visited was Wilton Towers and the manager was trying to get myself and my partner into his unit. I felt it was like a sex motel hotel. Gables is the place to live.
