This place is a total RIP-OFF! While the units are nice and the location is great if you want to live in the middle of all things "---," the staff, maintenance and parking totally BLOWS! ---- the manager is one of the most insincere people I have ever met. She will smile and tell you one thing to your face and then turn around and trash you behind your back once you leave the office.
They are constantly changing the parking situation resulting in their tenants own cars being towed without any notice at all. They will say: "Well we put a notice on your door concerning the change in parking" as if that should suffice!
DO NOT RENT HERE and DO NOT trust anyone in the front office---they will take as much money from you as possible and then stab you in the back! They will screw you over the pet deposits and will try and threaten you with legal action if you do not pay extra charges they want you to pay once your lease expires! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
