I have been here now 3 years and they have raised my rent by at leased $100 every year I renewed. The cable TVs on the exercise equipment haven't worked for over six month. Management is blaming it on Comcast and At&T. Before I left on vacation I notified the office and they said no worries. 5 days later I get an e-mail that my truck need to be moved because they start pressure cleaning the building to be painted. I didn't have anyone to move my truck. By Management I was told that my truck would be covert, two days later I get pics from friends that my truck was covert in dirt and stuff that came off during the pressure cleaning. I called and I was told it would be covert now before the paint job.I come back from vacation and Management said we get your truck rinsed off, which they did. I had to spend #120 to get my truck detailed to get all the crap off. Than we were told to remove all plant from the balconies so they could paint. A week later we received a note that we could return all plant. Well the painters were not done so they used the palm tree leaves to tie them into knots. I complaint to the Management but I was told they are subcontractors and what they do is out of their control. A couple of weeks later a brick company fixed the cracked planter walls in the back driveway. No one told me to move my truck because they were cutting brinks all day. By the time I noticed what was going on my truck was covert in cement dust. I complained to management but all they said was "we have it rinsed off for you" That seems to be their answer for everything. My Lease has expired this month and I decided to go on month by month till I could find a new place to call home. They raised my rent by $300.00 CAN WE SAY CORPORATE GREED!!!!!! ONCE my (and 38 others) rent check was delayed because of a delay in the mail. We all received a late charge of $220.00 and now we only were able to pay for our rent with a money order or a cashiers check and with in an hour we were threatened with an eviction. This is a beautiful place but Corporate Management makes it HELL
