While the Gables has lost some great staff recently (Vivienne and Pedro), the overall staff is fairly responsive. However, it often feels like their hands are tied due to corporate. There are only 6 visitor parking spaces for all the residents while there are ample spaces that could be designated for residents. Eli and Janey are generally responsive so I don't hold them responsive. It appears to be a problem with the corporate folks at Gables Residential who are not listening intently to its residents here and local management staff.
