The Carlton Arms of Winter Haven is a Great place to live at, This is the second time we live here I moved out because of my military orders and the moment I knew I was going back to Florida. I only wanted to live here regardless of how far is my commute to work. This place affordable, safe and well maintained, staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful

I love it. Great ambiance, clean, landscape painting is always immaculate. Pool areas are always clean. Office members are polite & friendly. Security is good, lakes are kept clean. Clubhouse is a great place for activities.

We love this community, especially if you have children. We haven't lived anywhere better than Carlton arms. We are really thankful to be able to live in such an amazing community. We will be staying here for quite some time.

The staff is very nice and understanding. The grounds are kept up and maintained, always looking nice. I enjoy the events that are scheduled here as it makes the place more friendly too. I have always received great service if any maintenance was needed.

Love my large patio! Grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. I recently renewed Mt lease for a second year. I've referred friends to live here as well. I feel safe in my community and enjoy connecting with my neighbors on morning walks.

I love it here and the staff our great! But lately the people who move in are are rude and ------. It's starting to look like a low income community. People driving fast in the community and not being courteous when trying to get out. They should screen people who move in and be a little stricter on who comes in the community.

The apartment is starting to show its age. The grounds are well kept but they go the cheapest way possible to repair or fix anything. Buick repeats and appliance repairs are always several calls before resolved. They show up quick but the repairs are always just a patch hoping the problem doesn't come back.

Great community. Have been here for like 5 to 6 years and never had a problem. Every body is nice and ir is a very calm and relaxed place. The amenities are good as well. I really like the security as well.

I love it. But the prices are a little too much but it's understandable the only problem when they cut the grass the blow a lot of mulch into the door way I always end up sweeping it up when their done

The Management office is the best. Renee, Pearl and others that I do not know their names always helpful and professional. The entrance guards always welcoming. Landscaping crew always keep the property perfect. Garbage removal always timely. The pools are always clean and relaxing. Residents are welcomed for monthly breakfasts at the main house. Other special events are clearly posted as well. I love living here.

Used to be great, then took a big hit during/after COVID. Definitely on the upswing again! Great improvements. One point off for forcing people to type 200 words minimum for this answer, though, that's a bit much.

The community is cute, cozy, and clean. It offers spacious accommodations and a fast turnaround on maintenance request. I've been here three years, and I like it. It's a quiet haven! Efforts by the management to offer social events regularly, helps to foster a sense of community among residents. I've never had that in an apartment before but I really appreciate It.

Have been here for 5 years and overall our experiences have Been good. we were upset about the large rent increases the past 2 years which put crimp on our budget as retirees. Changing the Spectrum subscription which removes local channels and all sports coverage was a bummer To add this to our subscription was prohibitive. Recent new AC installation was great as our electric bills went down. Other appliances are the original and need a new home.We feel safe here and have been overall been happy here

This is a great community. Administration/Office staff are polite and professional. Maintenance request is handled in a timely manner. If there are any issues reported, it is ALWAYS taken seriously and handled timely and professional. They listen to suggestions and implement changes?.added a Park for the kids!
