I love it. But the prices are a little too much but it's understandable the only problem when they cut the grass the blow a lot of mulch into the door way I always end up sweeping it up when their done

I've been here 6 years and it's safe place the apartment is great I don't ever hear a sound from other apartments because these are built for that. Plus it's hurricane proof ask my son the fire chief in Haines City. The staff had been kind and great to me the maintenance same thing polite people and professional. I worked maintenance over 35 years myself so i know what I'm talking about Thank you
