From the moment my husband and I walked into The Carlton at Lake Dexter, we were greeted by the warmest smile and hospitality from Rhonda. Her welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease and set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Throughout our tour, Rhonda's professionalism and attention to detail were evident. She was incredibly well-mannered, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Rhonda even offered to stay late to accommodate our schedule, demonstrating her dedication to exceptional customer service. One of the highlights of our visit was Rhonda's thoughtful gestures, such as offering us drinks and snacks multiple times. Not only was Rhonda attentive to our needs, but her entire team also radiated warmth and kindness. They continuously checked in on us during the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. It's clear that Rhonda is passionate about her role and genuinely enjoys helping people find their perfect home.     Very new and clean. Lots of amenities and things to do. Apartments were very nice and well appointed. The pool overlooking the lake was very nice.x?x?xxxxx?xx?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

      Beautiful place, quiet staff, always attentive and diligent when handling situations of importance to residents. Facilities are incredible, gym area, swimming pool, very clean and decorated, accessible to supermarket and shops.

        Stay away you will regret making any Appointments with Ms. Rhonda it not worth tje Headache and the Crappy treatment, i have never been treated in this way, nor by anyone Please beware of who helps you

          The apartment is beautiful. Rhonda was great! The pool and outside gathering areas were really nice. We can not wait until we can move in. Everyone was so helpful, courteous and professional. So glad we stopped to look.

          Very convenient location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Units are designed for comfort and safety. I highly recommend this community for all the amenities and the price! The staff are very knowledgeable about their community and extremely professional.

              Even though the community is fairly new, it seemed extremely secure. It is also very beautiful inside and out. Most importantly, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Yaritza was my leasing associate and she was amazing. I would highly recommend touring this community.

                It was very quick nice staffing very helpful the move in was outstanding I mean they really look out for the people and the apartment is soooo nice they left us a gift bag when moved in on the counter it was overall the best move in experience
