During my initial visit, I had the pleasure of working with Rhonda, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. On my second visit, I brought a friend who was also interested in viewing the community, and we toured again with Rhonda. For my final visit, I initially communicated with Ashley over the phone to finalize arrangements. A few days later, I came in to pay my deposit and address last-minute changes. Both Rhonda and Ashley were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We successfully completed all necessary steps, set a move-in date, and I am eagerly looking forward to moving in.
