not quick to respond, issues the getting things replaced for the entire time i have been her wont update with charging an arm and leg so stating that it is fine when its truly not and i have sent pictures as well with no resolve.

Champions Green took advantage of the pandemic and got me moved in. I applied for one apartment, was called and they said its not available and that theyd switch it for me but the apartment would be the same. If I saw the upkeep of this apartment prior to giving my first months rent, I wouldnt live here. Due to Covid-19 they wouldnt allow me to see. On a video tour, you cannot see the terribly peeking cabinets, flooring missing infront of utility closet, broken blinds, things glued back together instead of replaced, dead roaches in apartment, discoloration in sinks and tubs, NOT WORTH 1344. Inside of these apartments are equivalent to the ------ but you pay for the surrounding zip code of 30022. Please go to another complex. Seven pines is less expensive and actually luxury living

My experience could be better if the staff members were more responsive to the times of service requests. It is unacceptable and irresponsible to wait more than a week before sending the maintenance crew to inspect a complaint of a burning smell request came from my dishwasher. It was unsafe and dangerous for my family and all community.

I usually have to call the maintance office back to back to get someone out to my place. I understand there may be a delay in the arrival of the maintenance but I dont usually get notified that they will be late which is frustrating. Then the picked up the portable acs because our ac was fixed. Now we only have 1 portable ac

Buena comunidad para vivir,gente muy amable y cordial la administracion muy amable y el personal tiene una excelente atencion, se siente una comunodad muy familiar. Solo un detalle el apto al momento de habitarlo tenia muchos detalles de pintura, terminado de la cocina y paredes.

I have been here for 1 1/2 years. Since I have been here they have a water main break which they can not repair properly. They keep coming back out over and over again to repair it. Today, they shut off our water at 10:00 AM. It is now 3:45. They do not know what time the water will come back on. The repair company shut off the water at 10:00 AM and left.

Champions Green is great! The staff are professional and friendly. The complex is quiet, safe and peaceful. There are several great schools around. It is located in walking distance to Kroger and Dollar Tree. There are lots of eating establishments and shopping in easy driving distance. I highly recommend this place.

Very professional staff, friendly and helpful. Always keep residents abreast of upcoming events. The dog park could be better as for as having it so close to the residents living space. Other than that, its a great place to live, extremely quiet.

Since before moving in everyone has been professional, kind, caring, and considerate. I love my apartment. When I moved in everything was new as if no one ever lived there. I would recommend Champion Green to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Champions Green is a nice, quiet neighborhood with reasonable rent prices and nice apartment layouts. The office staff are friendly and personable. The location is excellent and I really enjoy living here.

The community is wonderful it is located behind the old target and you would not even know it is there which makes it a great quiet peaceful location. Beautiful community and wonderful office staff. Move in was easy and just had a great experience over all. I love my apartment and the community and highly recommend to anyone needing a new place to call home. Btw zuleika in the office is amazing she will help you from start to finish and has a wonderful spirit.

Everything cool so far, no issues Staff is friendly, You have a gym a pool. Its quiet at least on my side of the complex. close to 400 and 285, studio Movie Grill. The grounds do a great job wit the trash ..we also have valet trash . Ample parking that not permit so when you need to entertain thats not a issue.

Awesome property, amazing community! The staff is super helpful and always looking for ways to continue to improve the community. The grounds were well kept at almost all times, and if there were any issues regarding residents' pets roaming around, they were quickly resolved. I enjoyed the two years I spent living on this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking into it.

I have been living at this community for over a year and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and the grounds are very well kept. A couple of months ago I had an issue with my stove and the maintenance crew came out within 30 minutes to resolve my problem. I would recommend this property to everyone!!

My upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and not very concerned with their noise level. Its maddening and that my be one of the reasons we leave this community. Amanda in Maintenance is AWESOME, as ive Jennifer in the office.

Great community with very friendly staff and great amenities. Close to lots of great stuff. Rental rates are very affordable, which I love. Always lots of parking available in the community. Never too noisy.

I love the management of this property. It really feels like, whenever I need something, there's always someone there who actually cares, and wants to make my day better. There's a true neighborly camaraderie here that I haven't had anywhere else.

I live in this complex and I love it, my children and I feel safe and maintenance is always up to date. the leasing staff is friendly and always waiting to help you. The neighbors are excellent and you have all the shops nearby.

Very disappointed with the community. They have poor communication with tenants on policy changes. Office staff is rude and disrespectful. Community doesnt provide any type of security for their tenants. Also very inaccurate parking for residents

Friendly staff and great location! I have been a resident for 2 years. They had a rough patch with maintenance but it seems that they have a great staff in place now. I appreciate the size of the apartments also.

First apartment community that I have actually stayed longer than a year! Staff is very friendly and always helpful when I have a question or concern. Nice gym and play area for the kiddos! A safe, quiet and beautiful complex!

I love living at champions green! The staff is always super nice and very professional. I've been living at champions green for almost 3 years and haven't had any problems. It's a very well kept and safe neighborhood.
