Where you can hear everything from conversations, sneezes, people having sex, dogs, and every single step from all off your neighbors surrounding you - below you, above you, AND next to you. Where after 6 attempts maintenance still has reported that they have fixed your issue, but nothing is actually fixed! Where your furniture will not sit level, and your pictures will sit flush because your floors and walls are not level! Where your HVAC unit is from 1994, but they refuse to replace it. Where your cabinets are sunken in so nothing stays in place. Where their solution to everything is paint, so every item in every cabinet has to have some kind of liner so it doesn't stick. Where instead of upgrading the most inexpensive thing such as hardware, they painted your door knobs from gold to brushed nickel. Where every weekend, the trash will be overflowing and creating its own mountain. I've been renting for 25 years and this is most poorly and cheaply maintained property that I have ever lived in.
