The extra charge for garbage valet, is very unfair. They pick the garbage up about 60 % of the time. I even take picture to prove the   garbage is out in a timely manner. Yet they still charge us for very poor service. Manager does not respond to all segments of    email. Requests. Prices continue to increase for rent with sub par updated Apartments. Staff is friendly and have been vigelent on   some issues.It appears that 6 to 10 people may be living in the one apartment building and that really is in settling. Suspicious   activity is always afoote on the property.  Walls are very thin very noisy!

KATI PRICE&#44;Manager of Venterra Mafia Ltd. God gave me the strength and the patience to wait for my Lease to end and then moved to a brand-new 4 bedr house&#44; 2.5 baths in (same rent $750). If you were trained to apologize on behalf of &#34;Venterra&#39;s Canadian Mafia&#34; continue doing so. I understand it&#39;s just a job. However&#44; you can&#39;t &#34;cover the sun with one finger&#34;. Everybody has to know what&#39;s hidden behind &#34;cheap propaganda&#34;. I know you&#39;r truly sorry &#39;cause Venterra kept my security deposit. If your work is to manage this site and post apology messages&#44; you deserve an award. You don&#39;t know how to manage a property. Happy new year and continue apologizing ... on behalf of Venterra Mafia. 

Lived here for 6 months&#44; thought I had a really nice place until I noticed that I could hear neighbors flush & hear water dripping in the walls when neighbors showered! Recently noticed that my kids couldn&#39;t shake colds and allergies and after a downstairs neighbor told me about mold in her apt.&#44; I checked and hound mold in EVERY window (worse in the kids room). Nothing was done about this issue nor the running toilets but they send & post letters for ANY issue they have with you. I guess I should have known something would go wrong bc the rent price is good for the area. It&#39;s true&#44; you get what you pay for!!!

These apartments have big pest problems if you live on the ground floor&#44; major noise problems if you live on the middle floor and even worse&#44; insulation problems&#44; if you live on top floor. If you are unlucky&#44; you&#39;ll have all these problems at the same time&#44; in the same apt: pest&#44; noise&#44; high electric bills. I attached a few pictures with the snakes that live around buildings and some bugs that crawl the inside walls (probably find their way in through the A/C vents or cracks in the walls). You might want to think twice before letting your children play around the buildings. Snakes don&#39;t look very friendly&#44; they might be even poisonous if you judge after their coloring. I DO NOT RECOMMEND moving here!

For snake and bug lovers

Almost 3 years as resident.  Have never experienced any problems...and love my view from my windows and sunroon.  Management and maintenance crew have always been responsive. But 2 big things that have been important to my stay.  Tennis...and Jefferson&#39;s Men team actually took the Alta City Championship this past year in the C division and I had the honor to play on the team.  Additionally&#44; Jefferson provides a morning coffee bar which offers hot coffee&#44; creamers&#44; muffins&#44; fruit&#44; and juice.  This has been a staple for me over the last 18 months when it was started and offered to residents from 6-8 am in the morning at different times of the month. I do not know of any other apartment community in my area that has ever offered either the tennis or the coffee bar to my knowledge.  That speaks volumes about this community.

I am on my 3rd year living here&#44; this past year we came under new Management and name change. Conditions started looking up&#44; Many improvements have been made. However&#44; the Maintenance Dept. is really lacking. I have submitted work orders over and over&#44; as many as three times with no one showing up. The grounds are getting very trashy with litter and cigarette butts up around the buildings and stairwells. The windows on the upper floors of the buildings are badly stained and nasty on the outside where you cannot get up there to clean them. The buildings&#44; sidewalks&#44; and breezeways need pressure washed badly by a professional and (not their Maintenance Dept.) They will basically let anyone move in here and in some cases&#44; have more than one family living in one apartment. Even though they let police officers live here rent free (titling them courtesy officers)&#44; they never come when you call. The price might be reasonable&#44; but the living standards are not.

Many Improvements&#44; but Maintanence Sucks

Champions green has assesed a $55 damage fee for the carpet, which is clearly not damaged in the photos of damage we requested from them. We are being assesed fraudulent charges. Potential renters beware.
