Things have gone downhill. Maintenance request for clogged shower took 3 weeks and 3 requests. They've been claiming "sorry - short-staffed" for a year now. Water is shut off due to water main break way too often. The pool has been closed about half the summer. Last straw - I paid $450 for my elderly dog to move in. He died within a few weeks (caused no damage). Not only would they not refund the money, but they said I'd have to pay again if I wanted a new dog. Moving out in 2 weeks when my lease is up. Only positive - the office staff have always been kind, esp. Jennifer.
