Brand new apartments with great amenities. If you need a community for large dogs, any breeds this is the place for you Since it is new, they are many repairs needed for a rush job. But maintenance is always quick to come fix what's needed.

It's pleasant peaceful community...staff is courteous and apartments are well maintained. The facilities are good as well..they maintain cleanliness and ambiance...outdoor lighting is a plus

So far the community has been a delight to live in, neighbors are courteous and the staff have been amazing since the beginning. The overall quality of life is really nice and they try their best to uphold that!

Great place to live! The community is safe, quiet, and private. The staff is amazing and always very helpful. Anytime I need something fixed, maintenance comes right away. Highly recommend! I really appreciate how this place is managed.

I have only been moved in for less than a week but so far everything seems alright. Communication from office staff was a bit of a mess prior to move in, which I mostly chalk up to it being a brand new complex and still trying to hire everybody and get roles situated. Staff are extremely friendly though and more often than not eager to help and answer questions. A bit let down by some of the quality of the craftsmanship in the apartment itself, with paint smears on glass and tile and several instances of overspray throughout the apartment. The appliances, while nice, are budget model as well. Our microwave does not have a timer setting, nor our oven, which doesn't even have a preheat sound either ? I had to scour the internet for a manual that just tells you to guesstimate based on temperature. The oven dials also turn really easily if you accidentally lean against or brush them, which is a safety hazard in my opinion.

I have not yet formed an opinion, this has been a mixed experience since I have moved in. The apartment is new, but finish execution is weak. Management on site are professional and agreeable, I do not have confidence or feel that I have reliable maintenance support. All the facilities are still not available for use. My garage flooded over a week ago and the problem has yet to be addressed. I'm hopeful that these issues will improve over time.
