It is ok...I like the restaurants...the gym is good sence the up grade .. when can get in there to us it with the personal trainer and his people in there.....I would like to see the security guard more..all in all it works for what I have going on

The valet trash is a hit and miss. Also the trash compactor is very nasty and full of trash all the way down the sidewalk which probably calls rodents. My unit was infested with roaches, but overall the unit looks great. We are supposed to have gas grills, but looks like they have been messed up and turned onto charcoal grills, which is a little inconvenient. The gym is very hot and smelly. Also, neighbors should be a little more cleaner when it comes to their dogs pooping everywhere.

I have recommended and will continue to recommended this community to friends and family. Great area to live in. Overall, great community with monthly community events for residents and family and friends. The Apex offers easy access to the highway, walking trails, pool, and gym. Best of all a variety of eateries and breweries nearby, with connected services like bars, nail shops and more. That said, my overall experience living in Apex West Midtown has been great thanks to the staff.

My experience at the Apex has been overall amazing. I love the location and proximity to restaurants (so close, they’re right at the main floor of the building)! They have been my home in Atlanta since I moved here from out of state. I am glad to call Apex home.

I've been living here for 12 years and this last year has been the smoothest and easiest. They are updating the property and have multiple community mixers, which are nice. The staff is super responsive and work hard to correct any issues.

First off I want to give a special thanks to Jerrod. He’s my favorite person here at Apex. He made my transition from Chicago to Atlanta so smooth and I don’t think I can thank enough. Sloane & Tierra are also so helpful and I appreciate them for always being attentive to the tenants needs. Maintenance request are taken care of very swiftly & for the most part it’s very peaceful. I’m nearing the end of my lease and I’m truly torn because if I leave I know I wouldn’t meet such an amazing staff again in this lifetime so they may have me for another year. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

My experience at this apartment facility has been alright. I would not renew lease or refer anyone for a couple of major factors: parking garage security, noise levels, internet access/providers, etc. These have been issues that I have been experiencing since being a resident here.

I've been having people stalking me for 4 months and still no resolution but the police told me I should relocate. The apartment wasn't fully ready when I moved on but I overlooked a lot of it. The people above me sound like they're about to come through the ceiling.

The Leasing office was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was welcoming. This combination created a good first impression. Consistent with this impression, the online communication and assisting tools made the process more seamless and effective.

Amazing with no complaints. I’ve been here for almost 8 months and I’ve had great experiences with maintenance and the leasing agent staff. Even if there were problems with my apartment they always made it a priority for them and I’m glad I got to be apart of the centers living experience.

I loved Jarred I don’t like the apartment at all but Jarred is a breath of fresh air! I love seeing him everytime I walk in the leasing office. I moved into an apartment that wasn’t to my standards and they took over 30 days to fix the issues. Low key unprofessional won’t let me break my lease. Apartment complex very money hungry!!!! Would never recommend!

It needs to improve drastically. Worry about us more than the money. It’s going to get paid regardless. It’s like the new manager is more money hungry. Late fees and evictions notice days later is a horrible motto. Terrible on Apex behalf

Too many car break ins and the troublemakers are bold because the property manager do absolutely nothing The courtesy officer does nothing as well I don’t recommend moving here if you’re an unarmed individual

Super happy working with a staff member like Jarred thanks again for all you do. Very accessible area for dining. Affordable for the area. I wish there was an area for entertainment like a community room for rent.
