i have lived here for 9 years... 7 of those years were great the last 2 the complex has gone down hill.. there use to be security on site a the complex.. now there is no one here if you need security you have to call a number and someone call you back to say there not at the property.. if you need help that minute they tell you to call the police..

when i moved to this complex in 2012(before Venterra own this complex).We had armed security those guys did not play 24/7 365 they were on duty to help the residents with any problems we had if there was someone playing loud music all time of the night you were writing up and reported to the leasing manger. but I want to say 2 years later when Venterra took over it want from armed security to unarmed them police officer that did not do anything. A year later there was no security Now when you have a problem you have to call wait for a call back.. from someone that is not here and the first thing you are ask is can this wait till the next business day. or they say can you solve the problem yourself NO THAT IS WHAT MY RENT MONEY PAYS YOU FOR.. If you say i need help now it might take them 30mins to show up. can Venterra wait till after the 3 of every month for me to pay my rent NO. last year after Tammie Wilder left as property manger now you got people moving in all times on the day and night crazy there used to be rule .. look I could go on and on all am saying I remember when. if the regional manager wants to call me to talk will answer the phone..
