The valet trash is a hit and miss. Also the trash compactor is very nasty and full of trash all the way down the sidewalk which probably calls rodents. My unit was infested with roaches, but overall the unit looks great. We are supposed to have gas grills, but looks like they have been messed up and turned onto charcoal grills, which is a little inconvenient. The gym is very hot and smelly. Also, neighbors should be a little more cleaner when it comes to their dogs pooping everywhere.

Do NOT live here, unless you want to pay a lot of money to live in dumpy conditions with CRIME and incompetence! Where do I start? The property management that took over is the epitome of incompetence! After my door was busted down in broad daylight, the property manager never reached out to apologize or acknowledge it even happened. The security guard who was not even on duty at the time was the only person who showed concern and apologized. It took almost 24 hours for them to get someone to come in and properly repair the door. They have yet to notify the tenants that this has taken place. They continue to send assinine emails about the pool closing, halloween parties and the elevator (which was broken for over a month) finally being fixed -- just in time for the thieves to haul all of my stuff in to another apartment, most likely. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg. In addition to the crime and horrible management, the place has turned into a dump...trash and chicken wings liter the parking garage, the gates have been broken for months, lights are out all over the garage and hallways, which is great for the crime taking place on a regular basis. Only recommend this place to live unless you hate the person, so I would recommend the property manager live here. If you currently live here, I advise you GET OUT!!!!!

Security is a joke. Don&apos;t move here. Cars forever broken into, lack of cameras, gates always broke, trash up and down the hall. Management does not care about the community because they don&apos;t have to live here. They just take your money. It&apos;s the PROJECTS
