Location of the building is great with plenty of things to do within walking distance. The staff in the office is superb and always willing to help with any challenge that occurs. Nice community with great amenities.

The location is great. The apartment community is within walking distance of popular restaurants and retail stores. Non-residents (i.e., patrons of nearby restaurants) make a lot of noise after hours once the restaurants close for the night. The noise is very disruptive and makes it difficult for those who need to go to bed early so that we can function at work the next day.

All in all it's a good place to live if you are a young professional and a well managed property. Lot's of things to do around the block with restaurants, clubs etc. There are parties happening at the pool in the roof if that's your thing as well.

The Brady is in the BEST location. Walking distance to the best restaurants, shops, and bars. We love the huge bathrooms and closets. The community is pet friendly which is a huge plus as well. Our large island is perfect for hosting friends! We love it here.

I have had an overall positive experience. The office staff are pleasant but seems turnover is high. Water pressure is horrible and the water doesn't stay hot for very long. Parking Garage is overcrowded with large vehicles and is hard to maneuver.

I love the location. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. There are a lot of places to eat within walking distance, and getting an uber is no issue. Great coffee spot right by the apartment, and a lot of fun things in general in the near vicinity.

Started out great but as soon as Terry left things went downhill. The community stopped being maintained. They stopped being sensitive to resident concerns and responses. It became obvious the company stopped investing in the property.

The Brady is a great complex at a very good value. West Midtown is an up-and-coming area, so there are exciting things happening, but it is often loud with the construction. The building is a little dirty in the common areas, but the units themselves are pretty nice and neat. The rooftop pool is awesome, though once again, some of the chair cushions / common space could be cleaned more regularly. All in all, it's a good value in a solid area.

The community is in a great location and accessible to hot spots in West Midtown. Overall, the complex has a very young "Miami" feel and is marketed towards college students and young professionals. Guest parking is not free which is frustrating at times.

Overall, they have some issues to deal with regarding staff communication as well as communication with residents. There are lots of opportunities to make this place cleaner, smoother, and have a better relationship with the community (e.g., not having weird tension between residents and the valet folks). The view and distance to places in Atlanta is pretty great, though.

Great! The Brady has been exceptional in every sense of the word while I've been here. The price is a high, but so is the value. I have had no complaints, in fact, only praise for this community during my stay here.

My experiences at the Brady have been for the most part positive. The apartments are modern, spacious, and comfortable. The community is also relatively quite (save for the occasional dog barking and general city noise), so I always feel very safe and that I have my privacy. However, some of the negatives of living here are the semi-frequent fire alarm malfunctions which are horribly loud and sometimes late at night. The tight turns and hazardous drivers in the parking garage have also produced negative experiences. Overall, I've enjoyed the community, it's a fine place to live, but it's not perfect.

Great place to live. Love the common pet leash free area. Management team has a very strong sense of community. I personally rate this apartment complex with 4 stars given the short duration of my stay.

Be wary. There are Hidden costs and a reluctance to serve. You pay for communal electricity and you have NO CONTROL of the use. Even when private events or if you never use it. This is Not a luxury property

The Brady apartments are in great condition. Neighbor noise level isn't too bad, the place seems to be built well. The staff is caring and responsive. The pool and rooftop view are outstanding. The restaurants attached are amazing. Visitor parking and walking distance to some type of a grocery store would be the only things I would change. Overall, have been very happy with my time here at The Brady.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It's pricey, however, worth it if you need this location in West Midtown. The pool and rooftop are a huge bonus! I love the view. The gym is average, but quite nice.

Great access to all the restaurants and activities in West Midtown. It's city living, so traffic gets a little hectic at rush hour and there are city noises, but nothing unusual. Office staff is outstanding and super helpful.

Management has been responsive and fair. Neighbors are young and fun. Wish we could access the pool/rooftop 24/7 with a fob. The first several floors of the parking deck are restricted to paid / valet parking for area businesses, requiring residents to drive up several floors even if they live on the ground floor (like me). It would be nice if some of the spaces on the first few floors of the parking deck were reserved for guests of residents, or if residents could enter a code into the parking meter station that would comp a guest.

The location is great - can't beat it, especially if you work downtown. Traffic is minimal around the area for the commute. Apartment is gorgeous and the pet amenities are wonderful for being in the city. My biggest complaint is that if you gave 9th Street, you're subjected to the post office which begins making loud banging noises around 3 am. It's disruptive and something I haven't gotten used to. A few other gripes would be my water heater being cheap and therefore only lasting 10 ish minutes. Parking is annoying if you're not on the third floor or above. Otherwise it's a decent place - gorgeous interiors that are easy to maintain and I don't generally hear my neighbors which is rare in city apartments.

Apartment itself is very nice. Upgraded everything. Location in building can help determine experience. If you face the train tracks don't plan to ever use your windows. Also street noise is very loud as the building sits right on the street. Great location in West Midtown. No guest parking so yours guests will have to pay for parking or try and attempt street parking. Building is designed to try and make additional money.

I have had a great experience at the Brady! I love our floorplan and the amenities are great. I feel very safe here and love living here. I think the large bathrooms and closets were a huge selling point, as well as the amazing rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend living here.

The Brady is a beautiful complex with many amenities worth perusing. The rooftop pool is a sight for sore eyes, with a beautiful view of the Atlanta skyline and a gentle breeze. The units are spacious and beautifully designed.

The Brady is a community that makes you feel good when you come home. The design of the apartment is modern and looks very high-end. The main attraction is the roof top pool with cabanas and a game room. The view of the city is second to none.

Brady is the best choice I made since my admission to Georgia Tech :). The price is well worth for its luxury accomodation, friendly and respectful staffs, and above all I feel safe lving here. Additionally, what makes Brady exceptional is its effort to foster the community relationship by holding so many fun events.
