We can address any noise you are experiencing at any time as well as a courtesy officer who is available after hours. You are more than welcome to call the office to address the issues you are having so we can get this resolved for you promptly. Thankfully the neighboring construction is coming to an end I'm so sorry this has been a nuisance and we are very happy they are nearing completion. The community elevator is available for public use, however is only accessible to the public up to the 2nd floor. The entrance doors in the parking deck are secured access to prevent unauthorized guests from entering the building as a an additional preventative measure. I apologize if any of our messaging regarding free guest parking was not communicated properly. We have several free guest spaces available with a guest pass, which we can provide at any time so please let us know when you would like a pass for your guests.
