Just like life, the Brady Apts has gone through it's highs and lows since I first moved in. Overall, it's a great location if you appreciate the "walk score". Lots of coffee shops, lunch spots and some night life. Keeps growing, even though one of the connecting restaurants can't seem to stay open for more than 2 years?
The rooftop pool can be a great relaxing sanctuary with Top views!
The parking is the worst aspect. Street parking WAS free before the City took over, though opens up 10pm-7am free. Apt parking deck is paid or limited free passes which "sell out" for the weekends by Wednesday or Thursday.
The Boot Company is exactly what you'd expect: sneaky, shady, and quick to boot your friends cars, but slow to respond and act afterwards. Very annoying.
Apartment layouts are really good, I appreciate the kitchen design and storage.
The staff is ever changing, so it's been hit and miss through the years.
The maintenance has always been pretty solid, and relatively quick to respond.
Being very close to work, the neighborhood, and the rooftop pool are all why I'm still here.
