I’m new to Cyan but so far I really like living here it is Beautiful And Conveniently located plus my apartment is cozy and feels like home the gym is awesome and all of the other amenities are great I really love getting my coffee every morning PSL is the flavor of the month who needs Starbucks when you have Cyan!

Living at this building has been a great experience, with the staff being pleasant and always helpful, from the leasing office and concierge to the maintenance crew and security guards. I enjoy the area, and the team truly makes the community feel welcoming and comfortable.

Very clean building, apartment and grounds. Very kind in and professional office staff. Excellent email and text communications of events, and updates to keep residents informed. Great variety of resident events. Could add additional resident discount or free passes to events in ATL.. Concerts, professional sports games, comedy show.

Cyan is a great place to live . It is very peaceful most of the time and can get a little busy on the weekends with AirBnB but nonetheless it’s very peaceful. I would recommend the community because it’s very close to the shops and convenient stores . Not to mention the staff is really helpful and nice .

Great response time to any fixes. They usually get all the fixes done in one visit. It’s a friendly and family environment. They have great security and the cleaning staff keeps the property up to standard.

Whoever does the hiring here, knows what doing. From the maintenance team, to concierge, security, office and everyone! They truly act like they care and always assists with whatever is needed. I do wish the residents would pick up after their pets!!!! I see housekeepers cleaning the building all the time but residents need to do their part . Overall love living here. I would recommend

The office and maintenance personnel are the dream team! This is the best customer service I’ve ever had from any apartment or condo building I’ve lived in. Ashley always greets everyone with the brightest smile! Maintenance is right at my door within the hour or less wherever there’s an issue in my apartment. The building and the location couldn’t get any better.

I like floor plan, and the outside view from my room. Compared to other apt, the room size is bigger than other apartments. The staffs here are all nice and kind. Amenities are also good and well maintained.

Pros of this apartment are the location and price for the unit you get (nice views, finishings, etc.). Cons of this complex are the disrespectful neighbors who are noisy and constantly trash the elevators, hallways, and parking garage. The Fetch package system and guest parking situation are also not great. But overall it is a good place to live.

I have a corner unit and my view is great! The building is nice, most of the management team is nice and pleasant. I don’t care for amenities so I wouldn’t be able to give a honest review of those but average at best. Some residents are gross and leave trash and let the dogs use the bathroom throughout the building and parking garage. It’s hard to be upset at maintenance because they are constantly cleaning. Overall I enjoy my apartment and view, it can def get pretty noisy but that’s to be expected due to location. It’s a nice place to live and the location is great.

I have been a resident at Cyan for 3yrs. The manager Ashley and leasing agent Jaden are amazing. The maintenance crew responds in a timely manner. The concierge and security staff members are extremely professional and courteous. Residents are friendly and I LOVE the view I have on the PH level.

Do not move here this place is an absolute abomination, dog feces in the hallway loud banging of the exit doors. Horrible neighbors, no respect just a complete joke of a place. I moved out of state to this place and it has been a nightmare

Everything went so fast the team was amazing.The technology and all inclusive application process is really neat I like loving hear so far only con it’s a little noisy and be sure to check your paper work when applying any mistakes can be catastrophic.

The team at the leasing office is outstanding, the maintenance team haven’t been able to resolve my issues. I have put in over 3 tickets and still no solution. The dishwasher has not been installed. I really hope that the maintenance can figure out what the issue is.

The cyan was new and nice when I first moved in it. I enjoyed everything about it. Now it has gone to trash and they charge 2400 dollars for a 1 bed room with no storage space. The only think you’re paying for is the amenities and appliances in the apartment.

I love the location, the Airbnb option, and my unit. As well as the maintenance team is very efficient, the security guards take the job serious and try their best to keep us safe, I’m a young women living alone in Buckhead and I feel proud to have visitors come to my building.

Overall I like the community so far. The tenants walking in the halls from the parking deck are often very loud late and night and often leave a mess in the hall but the apartment is good about cleaning up within a day or two. When I moved in my unit the floors where horrible. However, the maintenance staff are great about processing maintenance orders in a timely fashion with all of my other request.
