The apartment is good. It is relatively clean and maintained. Only complaint is parking. If you have a guest car or rental car you have to jump through hoops to let them park in your paid for space. In addition there are bounty hunters looking to boot your car. The complex sends out the same parking rules email about every week ad nauseum.

Community is nice but the parking is so inconvenient there's no visitor parking and the tenant is only allowed one parking space even if you have 2 vehicles other than that the location is ideal lots of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance

It's cool it just doesn't make sense as to why there's no free guest parking. When my guest parked on the street as instructed someone left a note on the car to not park there so I'm confused as to why they did that. I just feel like the first floor of parking should be designated to guests that's what I pay for so why don't I have a free parking spot for them to at least park

DO NOT move here
I recently moved to this apartment coming from Maryland and had an unfortunate experience that I feel compelled to share. Before moving, I spoke with Talia from the leasing office. I asked her to send me a video of the apartment, and while she did, it didn’t show the view. When I asked about it, she assured me it had a "nice view." I also requested that the apartment be cleaned before my arrival, to which she confirmed it would be. I signed the contract remotely, and after an 11-hour drive, I arrived on August 21, 2024. At the leasing office, I picked up the keys and asked Talia to show me the apartment. She was initially reluctant, but eventually agreed. Upon entering the apartment, the first thing I noticed was a weird, stinky smell. When I brought it up, she claimed it was because the apartment had been closed for a long time. The "nice view" turned out to be a wall and a parking lot—nothing like what I was led to believe. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she told me I'd have to wait six months to change units since I'd already signed the contract. The apartment was… See More>9/16/2024

MAA Centennial Park is a fine place to live. The location is hard to beat, with convenient access to all the downtown attractions, food, and Marta stops. The amenities are great. The building is nice, our apartment is spacious, and we truly enjoy living here. The maintenance folks are great. The management team could be more communicative with building issues.

The location is great and so are the amenities. The staff has always maintained professional and very helpful when needed. Maintenance has always been efficient and explains what the issue and how it was resolved. If issues took longer to fix, they were transparent. I also appreciate the cleaning staff. Overall the experience has been a good one. I've been in the building since it opened and although not perfect I have enjoyed my experience.

Pros cleanliness, staff, gym, rooftop pool, sky view, accessibility and community events. Cons no parking for guest!!! Call box not working properly. Having to wait for appliances to be replaced. Never see any security officers.

I have been enjoying my stay in the apartment complex and my only real complaints is more or less something you can't change. Basically, my upstairs neighbor can wake me up because of the moving and creaking from their apartment but that is nothing wound up over so yeah everythings fine.

In the beginning, the complex was clean and the staff was accommodating. Now, not so much. We switch management every few months. Also, unkept with dead bugs in the hallway. I miss the old community..

Damaged my vehicle (also murders)
In Oct, a man was stabbed to death outside my apartment, about 500 ft from where I sleep. About a month later, half the first floor was submerged in an inch plus of sewage. But, these are minor issues compared to staff incompetence. Don't trust a single thing you are told, get everything in writing, and feel free to copy their legal counsel Joe or their regional manager Mieka. You will be lied to if you don't do this. They apparently sold the rights to their garage. They allow a booting company, EPS (AKA EMPIRE) to operate in a legal grey area. There is currently legislation going through GA which addresses this company specifically. This company damaged my vehicle last week, and despite hours of calls, no one from EPS has contacted me, even after going through their official dispute process. To top it all off they have been charging me pet rent for 5 months since the passing of my pet. They have told me multiple times this charge would be removed but it has not. Also, you are at high risk of theft. The only parking that your guest can use is not safe, and you should not… See More>5/2/2024

“Safety is not our responsibility”
Don’t move here. They don’t have guest parking. Your guest will have to pay to park across the street. And their car WILL HAVE A BUSTED WINDOW BY 12am. In 10 months I’ve had 6 guest and 5 of them have had their car broke into. Some as early as 10pm. I’ve seen other ppl mid day. I told the manager and she said “we can’t and don’t ensure your safety” But they are clearly being negligent to our safety. The parking is safer on Simpson (the Main Street for both buildings) BUT good luck finding a spot and parking there expires at 7am, so by 7:01am you will have a $35 ticket. (Coincidence???) Walk around both buildings and you will see and smell dog poop at every entrance except the main entrance. I’m writing this review while waiting on them to remove a boot from my car in the PARKING SPOT I PAY MONTHLY FOR! I’m 2 hrs late for work. 3rd time this has happened. It’s a third party that does the boots. To strategically avoid accountability. MAA blames the boot company and the boot company blames MAA. But let me explicitly say YOUR GUEST WILL HAVE A… See More>4/19/2024

Living in this community has been pretty descent. I wish there was guest parking like some of the other MAA communities. Overall it's nice. Alex in the leasing office is why I chose this community. I wish there were more incentives for residents we already pay a lot of money.

I really enjoyed living here the first few months. But ever since my upstairs neighbors moved in, I hate living here and cannot wait until my lease is up. I'm to the point of even trying to find ways to break my lease so that I can get away from these neighbors because nothing is happening.

My experience has been good up until 2023 I had two situations that really upset me. One was the person who lives below me knocked on my door saying that it's alot of moving going on and that she works from home and has a small child. I also at the time worked from home. In addition it's just me in my place. Living in an apartment I'm considerate and mindful of my neighbors. I did go down and speak to the property assistant manager about the person knocking on my door. Another incident I received a boot on my tire. My rent has never been late, my parking is included in my rent. I was advised I didn't update my registration for my parking. I was so disappointed that the apt complex didn't offer any type of accommodation, given my rent has never even been late and I abide by property rules.

Overall, it has been a good experience. It feels like property maintenance issues take a longer to resolve than they should. Staff could be friendlier. Common areas are generally in good and usable shape.

I enjoy the clean and well kept building. Maintenance requests are met in a good time. My only issue is that I am not logged into the call box so my dialup number doesn't work. I also enjoy the quietness of the community!

It's the nicest place I've ever lived. Rooftop pool, parking garage, in unit washer and dryer, the list of amenities go on. I'm also huge on walking everywhere, but if I can't walk, we are smack between 2 MARTA stations so it's super convenient. My only issue is so many residents here treat this place like trash. They don't clean up after their pets, they don't clean up after themselves after a pool party which always results in the pool being closed down until it gets cleaned. A lot of smoking weed at the pool, loud music, and just zero consideration for other people. I think most residents are responsible, but it only takes a few to ruin it for everyone else.

Other community members are inconsiderate and there are no consequences for their actions. They smoke weed inside the building, they leave pet waste everywhere and they park in your parking spot. Building management does nothing to punish these offenders so they continue their behavior.

Everything has been great!! The staff members have been very helpful. The grounds are always clean, and the amenities are plenty. My family and I have really enjoyed the downtown experience. The parking deck experience could be improved.

Great amenities and convenient to many downtown tourist locations and businesses. The common areas have always been clean, in my experience. There are several apartment layout options to meet most needs.
