I really enjoy living here

I am surprised to see some of the not-so-positive reviews for Post Gardens. I have lived here for a little over a year now, and recently renewed for another, and I have been very happy with my living experience here. Perhaps I have really tame neighhbors, but I have not ever had a problem with the noise level. Yes, occasionally, you will hear people out by the pool, but if you really feel that is something to complain about--get over it, you can't be the only person that lives in an apartment complex. The neighbors are very nice. And the grounds here are gorgeous. This place is not called Post Gardens for no reason. There are gardens everywhere, beautifully landscaped and maintained. The pool is huge, with lights hovering above it at nighttime, there are awesome kitchenette grills outside, a fountain--it's really very cozy, and totally seclusive once inside the complex. I don't have much of an opinion on the staff or maintenence crew because I have never really needed them for much, which I guess is a good thing. As far as safety goes, I feel completely safe here. I have double dead bolts on my door, and the dual sliding and drop-arm entrance gates are pretty effective as well. I will say that there have been quite a few car break-ins here though. That is discomforting, but the staff has recently installed cameras in the parking deck. The only other slightly negative thing about Post Gardens is the cost. It is a nice complex and the apartment itself is nice, but I don't really know any of my friends that pay as much as I do for rent. However, I will say since I am so happy living here, that it seems to be well worth it.
