Check Cell Phone Signal Before you Rent!

--Let it be known that most ground units / units in the back of the building do not have AT&T cell signal, before you rent, i suggest bringing your cell phone in the actual apartment you wish to rent-- I have chosen to move on from here after 2 years renting at Post Gardens... Here are my reasons: - The trains. (Both Marta and Freight) All of the units in the back of the complex have a ridiculous amount of noise level from the trains. This is a near laughable level of noise which you will eventually get used to but, its definitely loud. The leasing office told me originally that you couldn't hear it inside my apartment because it had double pain windows. This is absolutely not true. - Quality of apartment for price. Post has recently been charging 1,100 - 1,200 price range for one bedroom apartments, from my research, this is completely out of line for the quality of finishes in this complex. There are white countertops and cabinets in every model, and linoleum flooring in select places -My Apartments (on the lower level) tended to have a musty, unclean smell after a rain
