If only management would take an interest in service...

I agree with others that the location and property itself is amazing! Sometimes I wonder about the quality of the management and tenants, though because...<br>1. I had flowers stolen from my doorstep on Valentine's Day - appalling!<br>2. I left a trash bag in the hallway to remind myself to take it to the garbage compactor. It was ripped open and strewn about the hallway within the hour<br>3. Our doormat was stolen<br>4. There were constant car break-ins every month; once there were 8 on a Wednesday night<br>I wondered if we had offended someone, but we didn't know anyone in the place. We probably happened to live next to juvenile neighbors. I complained to the office. They lost my complaint and never followed up. Until the last act of vandalism, I couldnt even get a manager on the phone. <br>Additionally, we were to be charged 10% of our rent for a late fee; someone in the office said my roommate brought in her check to the office late: yet, they called me to get the money. Turns out my roommate hadnt been in the office in months and had sent our checks in on time. It took hours of phone calls to clear this up. And they almost overcharged us for our water bill by $100 to boot!!!<br>Management seriously needs to get their act together.<br>
