First, the location is nice, the gardens are nice. However, all that glitters is not gold-the rent is WAY too overpriced for the actual apartment. You can hear everyone around you. The neighbors are loud and there is ALWAYS a party going on. Yelling and beer cans/bottles can be found all around the property. You hear your neighbors footsteps and beds squeaking. They lure you in with a possible discount, but when it's renewal time, they gouge you so badly, that you hate it and start searching for another place. Your rent will be raised anywhere from 300-700! And there are no improvements to the site or actual apartment, they are quick to blame the 'market' for the increase. Who does that? Especially, when you have your friends call for a rate and the rate is cheaper. It's sad. The staff will promise you or lie to you in every effort to get you to sign the bottom line. They do nothing to cultivate the good tenants so there is extreme turnover in staff AND tenants. Every weekend you see the moving trucks. I have told everyone I know about the disappointments this place has caused me. What's even sadder is when you tell other apartments that you are viewing, where you live, and they already know about the various complaints and poor management. Goodbye Post.
