I've been a resident at Post Gardens for almost two years and I definitely plan to renew my lease when the time comes. Aside from the great location in the heart of Buckhead the pricing is more than reasonable. On top of that the community and the service provided by Post Gardens make it all worth it. You can't put a dollar amount on an amazing experience.
The maintenance guarantee is 48 hours however, every request I have put in is completed same day. In addition, the upkeep of the property itself is great. Great landscaping and always clean.
Most of all, the customer service provided by the leasing staff is fantastic. From dropping off packages to know my dogs name, they really make this place feel like home.
Recently my washing machine leaked, speedy doesn't even touch on how quickly management responded. Repairs began immediately and were completed within a few days. The manager of Post Gardens spoke and handled everything with my renters insurance since the leak was in fact my fault. Management was more than helpful during this stressful time. Leaks happen but it is the aftermath that makes the difference.
I can't say enough great things about this community. I would recommend it 100%.
