Pros: Friendly Staff-- they actually care and listen Nice Location Close to Lenox Park Cheaper than other apartments in the area (but still overpriced for quality you get) Great place if you own a dog Pretty gardens Big and nice gym area Great community grills in garden Cons: So many random fees. You end up paying almost $100 in fees a month and you don't even know what some is for. (Like $5 a month for pest fee but they only come if you request, base utility fee , etc) Trash fee was $3 and they raised to $8 only to have it overflowing on the road and you can smell it from the gardens. It's absolutely appalling and disgusting. Package room is a mess. They need to organize it more. You will spend 20 minutes digging through packages to find yours. Walls are paper thin. Quality of life will better for you if you live on the top floor. You can hear everything. Apartments are extremely dated. Mine looks like its straight from the 90s. I would be okay with the price I pay for my unit if my apartment was more updated. Parking deck is terrifying. It's extremely tight and hard to maneuver. It's impossible to have two cars go down/up the ramp at the same time, and it doesn't help people speed through it and always almost hit you. Gardens are nice, but riddled with hordes of mosquitoes. Beware during the summer, you can't even walk without getting swarmed.
