We chose this community due to location and the school district. The community residents are generally younger than us with singles in their mid to late 20's. The units are a nice size, but the current renovations are just middle-of-the-road, and some items needed repair within 6 months. It has some important items for us like higher ceilings, gas range, and covered parking. The maintenance team is generally pretty responsive within 24-48 hours. The buildings though are old (20+ years) so there are imperfections (like cracks in the drywall) due to the age and settling. If you can't tolerate the trains or MARTA noise, don't get a unit on the backside. It isn't a big deal to us. The pool on the summer weekends seems to be a real social spot, but having a 3rd grade daughter means we don't hang out there since it is thong-central after 1:00 PM.
