The complex is great, the location can't be beat, and the staff is super nice. I would definitely recommend. The only draw back is that since the complex was built in the early 90's with wood, the ageing of the apartments themselves is starting to show. Particularly with the noise level between each apartment. We were told before we moved in that, the apartments were very well insulated, and that you could throw a party in your apartment, and that your downstairs neighbors would not hear a thing. This is totally false, you can hear everything. Footsteps, televisions, conversations, you name it, you will know exactly what is happening in the apartment above you at all times. If you have a chance to move into a top floor unit, definitely jump on it at once, because this place can be great. Other than that, I would consider investing in some earplugs if you do move in.
