Moving in to this complex was miserable. I've been in my unit since 5/3 and had issues with things that should have been resolved prior to move-in until 5/11. I cannot understand why the office was incapable of doing their due diligence to ensure that my unit was tended to, especially considering I am paying a premium to live in an upgraded apartment.
