I am disappointed in the knowledge of the apartment staff. During my showing of the apartment I inquired about being able to hear the trains and I was told that there was only the subway noise which was fine with me. Upon my arrival, I learned that not only were there subway noises (which i was okay with) but a full cargo train that goes by. I was not notified of that and I am completely disappointed in how the staff purposely steered me to this apartment when there where other apartments open for my move in date. Now I have a 14month lease with having to hear a cargo train and I am a light sleeper.
