It was good when I first moved in. I rarely heard my neighbors, but the pool could get loud on the weekends. When management changed, I noticed an increase in the noise level and a the amount of trash on the grounds. Maintenance was responsive and I rarely ever had a problem until I gave my notice to vacate as I needed to move for work. Following my 60-day notice, my maintenance requests were ignored, emails to the management were not followed up, and I learned they had a different definition of prorating - my last month was prorated according to the start date of my lease rather than my move-out date, which I had been led to believe. I ended up paying almost an entire month's rent despite moving out at the beginning of the month. Additionally, I have been moved out for over a month and have yet to receive my deposit back. I am unimpressed with my residence at Post Gardens. While residing there is convenient, given the surrounding area, expect little assistance from the management team if anything goes wrong, especially after providing the 60-day notice. Get everything in writing.
