Very ------, wouldn't recommend. There is an incident news letter DAILY. If someone isn't getting robbed here, they're getting beat up or raped. I could have bought a house on the south side for all this. They love booting your cars, even if you live here. It's one blond headed old black woman with a terrible attitude as if you don't pay 3k in rent to live there. The rest are nice but very slack. The leasing staff is useless. If you got money to throw away, live here. They make sure to get the most out of you while delivering the least.

The parking here for guest is horrible. Also they are always having some type of crime being committed here. If I knew of this before I moved in I wouldn't have moved at this location. They charged me a $250 smoking fee when no one was even living in the apartment at the time and when I emailed for proof they NEVER responded back to me.

The apartment building is very nice and the location is great. Everyone will like this apartment. However, there are a few noisy neighbors in this apartment, and the leasing office is not professional to solve the matter, unfortunately.

In 18 months the entire demographics of this community has changed. And It's absolutely atrocious. Leasing specials were offered which attracted people that should not be here. Loud music, drug use, smoking, trash left all over the property - constant in-op - elevators, theft, main parking electronic gates in-op.... and the list goes on. We need a full time on-site security officer - but management will not provide it. Non compliance in parking is finally being enforced. But as soon as the management staff leaves for the evening the problems start. An 8 to 5 team is not enough to properly manage a 26 floor high rise. As when things occur it needs to be handled and corrected at the time of the offense. Needless to say, as soon as our lease is up - we're gone!!! And it's people like us that you do want - but when the bad out number the good it's time to go.

Quality of service, staff, and maintenance has not been consistent. I am not confident that if I have a maintenance issue that it will be handled correctly. I have had issue when staff entered my apartment to perform simole repairs and had water from leaks on the floor. The community is nice but cleanliness of common areas and maintenence staff are weak points that need to be addressed.

Not as clean like I would want it to be in all the common areas. My washing machine hasn't been working properly for over a month even though a maintenance man had been out 3-4 times and it always stops working not long after, I don't understand why they just don't replace it. And the building is filthy.

Great place to live if you love to stay up late, party and smoke weed. For the rest of us, this has been a horrible experience. Your neighbors will blast music and television all hours of the night and day, and the office staff will refuse to do anything about it, even going to far as to practically call you a liar despite showing video proof and having their concierge manager independently verify it. The halls will constantly smell of pot smoke, and the morons you live next to will regularly clog the trash chute rather than putting their trash directly into the dumpster, though with how frequently the elevators break down, that's almost understandable.

Property is beautiful, staff is great! Neighbors are terrible. It is sad to know that people do not see the value in such a beautiful bldg. Residents leave trash everywhere, dog urine in lobby and elevators. They think nothing of taking your assigned parking space from you. I have never been exposed to a worse community of residents in... well ever!

Experience of viewing the property, the education of staff, customer service of staff, and other tenants met on moving in day was nice and friendly. I feel right at home. I don't have pets, but the building have a lot of pet owners and building doesn't smell like a pet shop. You wouldn't know there is a lot of pets in the building. Safety is another plus. 24 hour security...can't enter building without your key or permission. Love it!

Loved living here. Great views and Convenient location. Rooftop area is nice. Concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. They resolve issues quickly. Walking distance to Path 400 and both Lenox and Phipps mall

Do yourself a favor and read the google reviews. These reviews do not tell the story and leave me suspicious. In my three years, i've had noisy neighbors and rent hikes of 10% each time. Absolutely fed up with this churn and burn, unprofessional apartment complex

I absolutely love my community! The neighbors, leasing office, concierge, maintenance even the sweet lady who make our community special with her cleanliness! During the pandemic I was grateful to know our leasing office was going over and beyond to assist people! AMAZING!

The apartments are well appointed! Exterior courtyard, pool area are beautiful!! Business center and gym are great amenities!! Since MAA took over from Post the common areas, Elevators, Hallways, are not as clean. Security is not as good as under Post Management.. Back moving door at rear of Post Alexander Reserve is frequently left open for long hours, sometimres late into the evening, leaving garage exposed to theft and vandalism.

It's awful to live here with the exception of its location! If you talked to the residents I'm sure you will find a high percentage of people dislike living here. It's dirty, unkept, dog feces on sidewalks, and in all the bushes. I will never recommend Post Alexander

The building itself is nice and I mostly enjoy living here. My issue is with the building staff who charged me a fee equal to 10% of our rent during the coronavirus outbreak. I thought it was in poor taste and their suggestion of 'go get a money order' a risk to their own health and my own during the height of the outbreak. Mind you the problem seems to exist in their payment portal which often doesn't work, has numerous complaints from other tenants, and because they can't identify the issue they use errors to slap fees on tenants. When I requested they check their software they were instead rude, dismissive and aggressive. Must be nice to have a "legal" way to rob your tenants when you feel like it!

The community is terrible. The building is terrible. This is very unsafe. Your cars will be broken into, you will hear gunshots in the middle of the night, and the hallways are very dirty. All the staff at the office and even the manager will take forever to answer back to your concerns.
