The management of this property is terrific, which accounts for the excellent quality of the maintenance services, the fact that the building always looks first rate and the landscaping is extraordinary.

      Post Alexander Reserve is a truly fine place to live. Sadly, with the new ownership what used to be fabulous landscaping has become pedestrian. It's a shame that you have tenants who steal Saturday and/or Sunday newspapers on a regular basis and no effort is made to put a stop to it or find a way to solve the problem.
