Horrible, this is the worst complex I've ever lived in and I will be transferring in 6 months to get away from here. The complex is managed poorly, the staff could care less about your apartment issues. The landscaping is horrible because ppl let their pets poop anywhere. There's always trash in the lobby area and trash cans over flood. My apartment was not cleaned prior to me moving in and the countertops are still stained from prior resident. There's marijuana smell throughout the building. There's seem to be a ------ pool party often even with the wristbands no one checks for it. A few of the ladies in the office are so rude so when they're rude to me I be rude back you get what you give. The property manager Alyson is hmm I don't know what word to use for her but it's not a good one I guess lazy would be a word to use. There are cars racing down two street often oh parking so guest parking is extremely limited

My personal experience has been horrible from day one of move in which was almost 7 days ago. I have informed leasing office on 3 different occasions. It's loud here, it's very few people that clean their dog poop, people park where they want in the streets, the pool seem to have a ------ party everyday. Can't enjoy it if there's a party going on. Music is entirely to loud disturbing residents
