I've lived here at the MAA Lenox high rise for over 2 years and have enjoyed living here. Management has been working hard at changes to make the experience even better. A new property manager started about a month ago. I had no issues with the prior manager, and appreciate all the changes she implemented in direct response to resident complaints and needs. Our new property manager says what he means and means what he says! He is continuing to clamp down on illegal parking (you WILL get booted), and security is visible after the leasing office closes. Concierge team is pleasant and most willing to help. This is a non smoking building and property. so if cigarettes, weed, vaping, hookah are your vibe?stay far, far away. You will void your lease when caught. I really recommend this as a super place to live!

The MAA HIGH RISE has become a place to live for those who think it's "cool" to live in a high rise. Car traffic out front is ridiculous, it's very loud in the evenings and weekends. The caliber of tenants has decreased drastically this past year. Staff and concierges are wonderful! It's the tenants that are making this property into a hell hole. No one abides by the rules, staff threatens fines but doesn't enforce. Only parking (which is horrible for guests) is rightfully enforced via booting. Even tho it's a non smoking building, hookahs, cigars, weed, and tobacco are obviously seen and used. Rent increases well over $100 each year. Look elsewhere. The units are fine. The residents as a whole are not.

My apartment is stylish and very up to date. The entire management team is so friendly, and having a concierge 24/7 at the front desk is a huge bonus. There are ample areas to walk my dog, and it's refreshing to find someplace that accepts all friendly dogs.
