Basically everyone should be follow the residence guideline first. But there are too many residents who do not follow the rules at all. I think Management Office should be take any firm measures. Unless otherwise, it's not worth paying high rent at all.

Horrible service quality for leasing office and maintenance as well. In addition to the above, even though so many security incidents were occured but leasing office did not take any specific measures.
