Great historic building with open and spacious lofts but incredibly inconsistent management and maintenance. The building feels run down and neglected. Not to mention the lack of control in noise levels and an overwhelming odor of marihuana in the hallways and stairs.

I like living here, however it does come with some downsides. Property management continues to allow tenants to operate businesses in their residential units, even after telling us they would terminate this practice years ago. This results in lots of individuals accessing the community who do not respect the property or the people who live here (noise levels, trash, smoking inside, etc). Even though we have voiced our concerns regarding this, there have been minimal changes made with not much enforcement. Basically a roll of the dice if you'll get actual neighbors or a loud event space on the other side of the wall of your home.

I put in a service request to get my windows cleaned 8 months ago. At least 4 staff members have looked into it. Confirming that my windows will be cleaned. I've brought the issue to the attention of the front desk multiple times. Windows are still filthy.

While I love the community, my apartment and most of my neighbors, the management does not seem to be concerned over the conditions of the building and the common areas. The residents have to repeatedly request basic maintenance for the common areas. For instance, the dog park is in constant need of mulch and doggie bags; the gates, doors, and security entrance break on a regular basis - the security every time it rains! I feel like all of these things could be resolved quickly, if only the property management walked the building every day - just once a day even. The yard out back, as well as the rooftop areas are in bad disrepair. Just a little routine maintenance would make this property so much better! And the rats!! That is another issue entirely. The management used to have a few community events, but those have stopped in the last year or so. It seems as if the management only cares about commercial tenants that are in the bldg. It is disappointing since the location and the apartments should be amazing. I would note that the maintenance team, once you get them to respond, are excellent. They work diligently to fix the problems (except the rats!! But those aren't really maintenance's problem - more like an exterminator needed.).

We've had both positive and negative experiences since moving in earlier this year. The location is great being right on the beltline. The building is beautiful and provides a unique living experience. There have unfortunately been many issues since moving in. The bathroom and closet flood, the living/bedroom leaks, the foyer flood, the dead rodent in the wall, the AC issues (not cooling some days, possible leaked refrigerant), and broken blinds. Additionally, our new next store neighbors have been frequently using power tools during the day and evening that can be quite loud and distracting. While we like the building and location, the growing list of issues experienced less than a year in the lease has been less than encouraging.

I enjoy living here, it's safe, has a secured door, big space and in the perfect area of Atlanta. The telephone factory lofts are the perfect location to live. And I really enjoy the open parking lot as I hate garages. They are pet-friendly which is cool and you have direct access to th3e beltline which is perfect. Living in aloft is beautiful and unique. I think these are one of the best lofts in Atlanta.

The location is prime, the residents are an eclectic mix, the loft spaces are amazing. The property is expensive but the sq ft is larger than standard apartment complex footprints. Limited parking and no pool.

Telephone Factory is in a great location, has a great community and great tenants. We can walk everywhere for food, groceries and all the rest, not to mention that we are on the beltline. It can't get any better in Atlanta!

Nice people, great dogs! Great location on the Beltline and the staff is very responsive to requests and suggestions. Huge studios with high ceilings and big windows which gives the apartments a lot of charm.

I had quite a negative adventure at Telephone Factory and to be honest because of the severity of the issue, It took me a while to write any reviews about this property. I was a target of severe racism, theft, harassment, bullying, stalking, character defamation, fake utility bills, finding management in my unit when I was out of town, threats etc.. In a nutshell the management and staff Melissa White, Teri Lordsaw, John Senecal, Candace Savannah, etc were all bullies who took up for the other bully tenants on the property. The torment I faced everyday walking in the halls by grown ups made me feel like I had been transported back to the 90's when I was a teenager in high school. The management must have had monthly trainings on how to be passive aggressive to tenants because the micro aggressions were endless. The "marketing manager" John Senecal was the worst; I had a man that I never met stalk me and leave me unwanted things at my door meanwhile another male tenant sent me got a very racist email claiming to know who "didn't like me in the building because I'm black." John took up for the bastards. Instead he spread rumors around the building that "I" was an "aggressive and angry black woman," and a trouble maker that didn't get along with anyone in the building. This is a horrible marketing strategy to spread sheer lies, and character defamation especially after I had no clue why I was being targeted; oh, wait yes I do BECAUSE I AM BLACK. A year before that I had an encounter with the owner of the yoga studio in the building, a woman who got in my face and told me that "I was nothing" and to "keep my black people away from her" all because I had said "Hi" to her. I reached out to management and Teri Lordsaw the general manager at the time sent me and the entire building an email with a corney quote about racism that featured a dark skinned African man with a big nose and big lips right after she stated that people in the building were bothering me "because of how I looked;" racially insensitive much? Melissa White the District Manager made sure to take up for her friends Teri and the hollow woman at the Yoga studio and hide this from being exposed as well. Needless to say the management team were besties that covered for each others lies in order to keep their jobs. They swept every complaint under the rug and in order not to take accountability they made every effort to blame the tenant for being "problematic" when the fact is that the management only cares about their paycheck and not you. This freak show nightmare on elm street movie lasted over three years. Because I owned and operated a business out of my studio I refused to be bullied out of my space however, after being told that "I don't belong" by racist tenants in the building, having many sleepless nights, my health being affected, my business being affected, and not being able to go out to the hall without being cornered by an angry deranged alcoholic or being constantly stared at to the point where I am extremely uncomfortable every time I'm trying to mind my own business and enjoy the patio; I was forced to leave. After I left the harassment still didn't stop. Someone obviously had a very unhealthy obsession with me because I'd get phone calls from John Senecal out of the blue. Some strange scare tactic. Several emails and cease and desist letters were sent to management but they refused to respond to them. There is much more to this story but I don't want to be the one to write a full book about the experiences I've had here. I have all my receipts with the truth. Each one of these "bad actors" should be ashamed of themselves. Narcissistic bullies is how I'd describe the "management" team. I'd NEVER recommend anyone to rent at this property.

There could be a lot more done to make the community better. We definitely need to communicate better and get many things fixed around the property. The dog park needs to be taken care of and the club house needs to be maintained. Pool table NEEDS to be leveled.

Absolute worst experience of my life. When I first moved in here I was in awe of how beautiful the inside of my unit was however, the inside of the building was totally different. Walking through the halls all I saw were a bunch of tenants whom were super edgy and annoyed all the time. I tried being friendly and saying hi but they'd snap and tell you to leave them alone or just ignore and walk right past you. In addition to this there was also a huge influx of move outs. I felt like I was in a vortex and didn't understand why this was happening until shortly after I got settled in and started experiencing some unusual activity by management that was directed toward me. Then I understood why all the former tenants before me were looking like the walking dead. Basically I was catfished and was instantly cast in a real-life scene of the movie "Get Out." The minimum requirement for being a leasing agent or property manager at Perennial Properties just might be narcissism because these people will charm you and get you all riled up about their lofts but once you get sucked in they emotionally abuse you by showing that they do not care about you as a tenant. They are only concerned with themselves, the money they get for signing you on their lease and the "drinking buddies" they can fraternize with on the property. TRUE STORY If these drunkards personally don't like you for what ever reason then they go into gang and mob-like behavior to do whatever they can in order to compromise your comfort on the property. Look, I can say so much more but these -------s aren't deserving of any thing but Karma. Please read all the lower graded reviews before considering this property. Those are the real ones.

We have lived in the Telephone Factory Lofts since May 2015 and we are truly enjoying our new lifestyle. The space is so unique with large windows, exposed brick, and super high ceilings. With direct access to the belt line, we can walk to restaurants, parks, and shops. Our dog loves all the green space in the area. Management is always responsive to our needs. The roof top has great views and is a wonderful spot to connect with neighbors. We are very fortunate to find such a special property to enjoy urban living.

I have lived at Telephone Factory Lofts for 6 months now and was so impressed with the space! I had no idea such a wonderful space existed in the real world, old charm with modern updates! The 14" ceilings are incredible, the sunsets from the roof top deck and now the fires with the neighbors in the courtyard. The management has gone out of their way to take care of items asap! They even moved a ceiling fan for me once I set up my unit so it was located over my bed, they have gone above and beyond to take care of what I needed to make the space my home.

I recently moved into Telephone Factory Lofts. I moved from Buckhead to get away from the traffic and be closer to the "real" restaurants. This is a quality Loft space. i am happy with the area and the belt line access. This is not an inexpensive place to live, but you get what you pay for in this area.

My partner and I are leaving the telephone factory after 1 year of giving it a shot - and I wanted to give a real, honest review regarding the actual experience we had while living here. I wrote a RAVING review after 1 month of living here, and subsequently deleted it when it became evident that my first impression was absolutely not indicative of the way things were going to go for the next 11 months. Consider this the revised edition. 1. Want to stress that we moved in before Perennial (ugh, that's really all I can say about Perennial, they're just ugh) hiked the rent prices up over 75% for my unit, so we paid significantly less for our studio than what they're charging now (we paid about $1500 per month before any utilities, and now our unit is available online for $2200). That meant we got 1050sq ft of raw space to design however we liked. We loved that part. Whoever lives in our place next, know that a lot of love went into designing that space, and a lot of love was built in there. 2. Management with Perennial is bad. Really, really bad. During our 11 month stay at TFL, we had 3 different managers. The only manager that was semi-decent was Sarah Silverman, who's no longer with the company (because, unlike the others, she actually cared about the feelings of the tenants and empathized with them over the outrageous rent hikes). Before Perennial took over, there was an actual wait list to get into this building. Now, there are 14 available units and no sense of community whatsoever among the residents. If you mull over the numbers long enough, you see for yourself what an ax-wound Perennial has been for this property. 3. I believed everything I was told when I signed my lease. Manager at the time told us we could utilize 755 North's pool and gym - please be advised, you cannot. He told us rent increases would be around market (3-4%), they were not (we were given a renewal of 16% increase, it was only AFTER we said we were leaving that they came down to a 10% increase). Management blatantly ignored our maintenance requests all summer long. Only under Sarah Silverman's tenure was our massive leak issue addressed on the first try. 4. Resident safety is at an all-time low. Doors are continuously propped open (and left open by management) for "convenience" sake, but we live right off the intersection of a major crime hotspot. During our 11 months here, about 10 cars were robbed and vandalized in our parking lot (which sucks, by the way), people were mugged down the street, and a person was murdered in our building (of course, management will tell you otherwise, but his lock was drilled out when they found him and he was living here under a fake name, so do with that info what you may). Regardless of what the rent in this building is, please understand that we still live in an area where you must, must, must lock everything up at night. It is not, I repeat, NOT, a safe neighborhood. 4. The beltline is awesome. You can walk to everything and cycling access is amazing. We loved that part. 5. There are still amazing tenants here. Are they all amazing? I have no idea, because I don't know half of them since the mass exodus induced by the rent hikes, but there are truly some gems left in this building that I think will keep the community alive, however small it may get. Overall, I'd think twice about signing a lease here. Truth is, my partner and I had the money to afford the rent increase. But we couldn't handle giving Perennial another year's worth of our money for them to just continue to screw everyone over. While it's true that the organic loft space is incredible, what used to be a community of artists and lovely souls has turned into a bougie, cold and stoic profit center for a horribly unethical company.

* Transient building- many residents have been displaced due to rent increases under new management. Those who are left are disgruntled tenants. *Cool building and unique living quarters on the Beltline, but you are indeed overpaying for outdated appliances and cabinets. *It's an eclectic group of people here so you might be living next to yuppies or artsy drug addicts who may have OD in his loft (speculating on an email that was sent indicating tenant who passed away in his unit due to a non-violent and medical occurrence). So, yes, you may be living next to drug addicts, but this is city living. *There is really no sense of community here as advertised, people don't say hi or make eye contact with one another in the hallways. Everyone seems pissed off and not approachable. *Recommendations to Perennial Properties: there needs to be drastic changes rather than small but thoughtful amenities (e.g., coffee machine or logs for the fire pit) to boost morale such as: 1) security to patrol property and vehicles--we live on the Beltline where there are influxes of non-residents 2) a secure place where packages are delivered 3) biweekly cleaning of all common areas on every floor (coffee machine is filthy, there is dog hair and filth in the stairwell and elevators, cigarette butts outside entrances, on benches, and in door jams). Also, there is secondhand smoke fumes coming from smokers who smoke inside units which is going through the ventilation. 4) small to no rent increases for residents who are already paying over market value 5) some way to build a sense of community for old and new residents. Maybe some get togethers on the patio? 6) It's best to let residents know about break-ins and such in a tactful way rather than changing the code with no explanation. Ignorance is not bliss. *All in all, this place is overpriced. Some units are going for close to 4K a month which is ridic since there are no amenities, covered parking or security on site. Any logical person will not overpay for sub-par, at best average, for your units. Just because you're in a up-and-coming area of town, doesn't mean it is OK to charge that much. Perennial Properties, please come down to earth or you will continue to have vacant units. *New residents: if you're looking to live in a trendy building/area and willing to overpay, this place is it. For the price you're paying, you could also move less than a mile down the street into a brand new unit with concierge, covered parking, multiple security guards on patrol, new appliances and granite countertops, great upkeep, close to stores and shops, but smaller square footage at Ponce City Market, which is where I'm headed next if this place doesn't implement SIGNIFICANT new changes. If you are charging the amount you're charging, better step up your game. Hope this helps and good luck with your search!

RUN AWAY!! Notice how much the ratings are going to change now that the property management is under perenial. Take it from someone who has lived here for 5 years and never writes reviews. If I can save even one person from choosing this place, it's worth it. Think of the worst apartment management stories youve heard. That's this place. They will raise the rent considerably each year, charge you for the craziest things, flakes fall off the pipes onto your floors and they get everywhere, this place used to be affordable housing and now with minimal upgrades, (kitchen backsplash and tub) they are charging 5x the price, it's dangerous, people have been murdered here recently, property management won't reply to you. They make it unsafe and uncomfortable to live here. The review under me was dead on. The woman who ran this place before was unbelievably amazing. The building is unique and its a shame to watch it get destroyed. If management ever changes for the better, I'd hope it could be a great place again. Poor management can really ruin a place. Don't live here under perineal properties! I moved to a 2 br 3 bath town home with aminities on howell hill for the same prices as the studio at TFL without aminties. My friend rents a condo that's just as unique with better management than this place and its down the street. Look around more.

We were fortunate enough to have moved into The Telephone Factory Lofts when it was not owned by Perennial Properties. Before Perennial took over, the building was managed by an amazingly kind, thoughtful and intelligent woman. She was passionate about maintaining the integrity of the building and was just as passionate about maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for those of us that lived here. She had an office on site and was always available to anyone that had a problem or issue, no matter how great or small. The people who lived here were just as kind and thoughtful, and made the building feel more like a community than a building of strangers. Perennial has been in charge for almost a year now, and everything has changed for the worst. There have been several managers come and go over the last few months. None of them have been competent, kind, helpful, adept or remotely caring about anything that is related to the building-- tenants included. Due to insane rental increases, most of the people who used to live in this building have been priced out. The new tenants that have been approved to move in are sometimes less than savory characters. We have never had any issues with our neighbors until new people have moved in. As of late, people have been experiencing major noise issues, drug issues, break-ins, and theft. Management has done nothing to control these issues and complaints that have been made. The current manager is notorious for never returning emails. He doesn't have an office on site, so he's never here, but it wouldn't matter because he truly doesn't care about anyone that lives in this building. If and when he chooses to respond to an email, he offers nothing but petty excuses as to why he hasn't responded. No one is really certain why he's even in a managerial position. Everyone here feels, and often know, that the management lies about anything that happens in this building when it comes to important safety issues: -Residential parking spaces are not monitored or secure. Multiple residents have complained about this. Management has done nothing. -Needles have been found in the grass by the front of the building. It was brought to the attention of management, they said the cameras didn't work so they wouldn't be able to figure out what was going on. -An advertisement banner was placed on the corner of the building which greatly affected multiple people's quiet enjoyment. Those people that were affected made numerous complaints to management. Management did absolutely nothing about it. The banner is still there and it is still greatly affecting the people that live in those units. One of those people is moving out because the banner situation apparently won't be fixed. -A friend of ours was having issues with accessing their mail because the lock was broken. Management didn't do anything about it for several days. -When the new management took over, all of our locks were replaced without being given a reason. It's worth noting the locks were changed without some people knowing because who ever was in charge at the time sent out the wrong date. Several people were locked out that day. -Multiple people have made complaints about noisy neighbors. Nothing gets done about this. -Someone made a complaint about a specific noisy neighbor being aggressive and confrontational. Nothing was done about this. -There was a break-in that happened recently. Management chose not to bring it to the attention of the residents. All that happened was an email was sent out in the middle of the day telling us that the door code was being changed--no explanation. -Since there is no on-site management office, our problems aren't addressed and we have no real way of contacting someone in charge. -We've had experiences where email responses have been curt and borderline rude. -Someone had a king sized bed delivered to the building, and within a matter of hours, it was stolen from the mail box area. -There have been issues with the laundry rooms on the floors. One floor had a broken washer that management refused to replace for 3 months. -There have been issues with things disappearing from people's apartments when only management has a key. -There was once community wi-fi that was available in the backyard area. When new management took over, the wi-fi was gone without any notification to the residents. -Unique lighting fixtures have been arbitrarily replaced. I wouldn't recommend that anyone move into this building. As a potential resident, the new management will tell you that everything is great and that you'd be paying a fair price for your unit--- you definitely aren't. Management may tell you that everyone thinks it's great to live here-- few, if any, do. Management may also falsely inform you that your utilities will be super low-- in truth, they are average. Management may tell you that they are always available to you-- they aren't. It's truly disconcerting and unfortunate that a once vibrant community is being run into the ground by a heartless and awful company.

I lived in the Telephone Factory Lofts from 2012-2014. I have some good news and some bad news for you. First, the good news: We loved how unique the building was. Both my partner and I loved the high ceilings and raw space. We moved here specifically to live in a bare-bones rental with nothing preventing us from creating our own living space. We're business owners, and set up the loft to suit our needs. We loved the community of artists and other businesses when we moved in. It used to be a fun and wonderful place. A lot of the tenants had been there for years, making it homey. Our old lease allowed us to build however we wanted, and we had friends create custom interiors and wonderful improvements in their lofts. A totally raw space means we could do what we wanted. We loved that. The original staff, now all gone, was a great one. The price was perfect for a completely blank canvas with absolutely no amenities. It's why we chose to live there. We paid $1500 for roughly 1700 sq feet, and we felt really lucky and happy. It afforded us the ability to invest in creating a custom space under our old lease terms. HOWEVER, NONE OF THAT EXISTS ANYMORE. All of the high rates are from former tenants that came from this culture. TTFL was a 5 Star, A++++ place to live. Note past tense. Now, why you DON'T want to live here right now: The building was purchased by a gigantic corporation that cares absolutely nothing for the tenants and the culture of the building. They ONLY care about turning an extremely high profit at the lowest possible cost to them and putting as many people as they can in to the loft units. That wouldn't be a problem if they hadn't jacked the rates up over 100% in some units. They've drastically over priced the entire building. All units are over market value because of the beltline, but there are MAJOR problems with that thought process. Remember when I said NO AMENITIES? Yep. When our lease was up for renewal, they attempted to raise our rent OVER $300 DOLLARS, the max they could, even though we were tenants that really cared and loved the building. We totally understand that we were paying under market value for such a large space, but with the argument that we got NOTHING but the square footage, it was not an option for us to stay when we logically could have rented high end and luxury apartments for $1800+. And that was just the FIRST lease renewal we went through. Our old space is now WELL OVER $2200 for the bare bones, no amenities unit. Other unrenovated units are going for $3,000+, which is laughable in all respects. All of the old tenants that wanted to stay have moved to smaller units to just afford the price hikes. There is definitely a lack of community now. Because the spaces are nearly completely raw, there are ZERO AMENITIES. The very thing that attracted us became a burden when we finally moved out. We re-negotiated to stay an extra 6 months in order to look for a suitable replacement in a decent price range, so ended up paying premium prices for absolutely nothing, something the management doesn't seem to understand. Lemme repeat. PREMIUM PRICES FOR NO AMENITIES: No pool no packages secured in the office no gym no communal area except outside, which disturbs tenants that live directly on the back dock no real light fixtures in the interior of loft, which is dark despite windows. no ceiling fans (in our unit) no decent kitchen appliances, ancient stoves and even older sinks leaking ceilings throughout the year, office staff told us just to put a bucket under it awful counter tops and sloping cabinets made out of shedding MDF no decent toilet fixtures and old pipes major water damage on our bedroom wall no sound proofing, so you just pray you have great neighbors (luckily we did, but our friends down the hall were NOT so lucky) broken locks on communal doors in major traffic areas insufficient light in the parking lots causing thefts and break ins a lack of understanding about community safety, with people who don't live in the building being emailed the security codes to the doors Dog poop and trash in the front, urine on the steps of the building Parties in the back with the tenants leaving decorations to fester in the weather (seriously, WTF? How hard is it to take down all your decorations?!) Excessive noise all hours of the night, especially if you have the lovely misfortune of living DIRECTLY on the dog park (like us) NEW TENANTS BEWARE. The updates this corporation are doing are cheap, and cheesy. They care very little about privacy, and their communication is lacking with their tenants. New tenants currently in the building have an incredible and frightening lack of respect for the historic property. What once was an amazing and heart warming place to live has turned in to a cold, heartless corporate shell of itself. For the price they're attempting to charge, you should just live in the Ponce City Market- which is 100% newly renovated and has a ton of amenities. If you LOVE living in a place that has new tenants that don't make eye contact with you, ignore you when you say hello, drive BMWs and double park, take endless selfies right infront of your windows at night (what the hell!?), and can afford to pay upwards of $40,000 a year in rent and care for absolutely nothing and no one but themselves, have at it. If you love corporate, and uncaring, bored office staff that have NO CLUE what they're doing, this place is for you. If you love price hikes and nothing in return, over paying for no reason, and zero amenities, THEN WELCOME HOME! I will end my annoyed informative review on one light note: The beltline is wonderful. We loved that part. We could get coffee in a 10 minute walk, and all of the old tenants were kind and reliable. We loved the original tenants. We miss them, and we know we were blessed to have been a part of such an awesome community while it still existed.

My Husband and I made the telephone factory our first home as a married couple and we could not have been more pleased. While we were sad to leave after only a year, we can only rave about how wonderful that year was. The apartments are spacious and have a very fun historical character that you can only get from a historic building such as this. The building manager was wonderful. She was attentive and helpful and always quick to respond if we ever needed anything. We also loved the maintence staff, if we ever had a problem, they were able to respond almost immediately. They were very trust worthy and willing to take care of anything and everything and they do a fantastic job at maintaining the building. The location is fantastic and the roof top view is arguably one of the best in the city. The property has recently made some updates to the outdoor common space with added patio furniture, property shared grills and beautiful landscaping and with the direct access to the belt line The Telephone Factory cannot be beat. We truly miss living there because it was so wonderful but know that any one who is lucky enough to call this charming and eclectic building home is very fortunate indeed.

I have now lived here at the Telephone Factory Lofts for about a year and last week I actually moved into another unit just to "check out something new". I love it here and the location cannot be beat! I view the Atlanta downtown/midtown skyline right out my window and the newly finished east side Atlanta Beltline is right out my backdoor. I can walk or bike down the Beltline for easy access to Piedmont Park/midtown to the north and Inman/Krog to the south. I can actually walk to nearby restaurants and shops quicker than driving which is great! The lofts are very spacious and surprisingly quiet compared to some other nearby locations I toured prior to moving here. Sarah is the property manager and she is great! She is always there for me, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the space. TWO Urban Licks is literally right next door, so that is a great spot to just "drop into" any night of the week. Overall a great place in a great location, as the Old 4th Ward continues to reinvent itself, and the Beltline continues to expand, things can only get better!

Calling all renters to the Telephone Factory Lofts
I lived at the Telephone Factory Lofts (TFL) for approximately 14 years. I was the third person to move into the building when it was the only apartment at the intersection of Ralph McGill and Freedom Parkway. TFL is a pet and people friendly community. The person who brings everyone together is the property manager, Sarah R. She is stern but fair, sympathetic, and compassionate. During dinner with friends some years ago, I remember them all complaining about where they lived; that was the only time I had nothing to say. TFL apartment sizes are huge and diverse. The location can't be beat. Turn off Freedom Parkway and the second driveway is TFL. It is also central to all of Atlanta. However, there are no amenities in the building, but all of Atlanta is at your doorstep. Don't miss a great opportunity to live in town. Harrison B.

New tenants, very happy!
Hi, we recently moved into the Telephone Factory Lofts and have been very happy thus far! Our space is great and the authentic feel of the building combined with the location make it a perfect place to live! There is a great community vibe in the building and everyone has been friendly thus far. As it is a "community" vs. just a complex, the expectations for renters are different. We are more than just an apartment number and are expected to contribute to the community. I like that, but I can see where it wouldn't work for everyone. If you are used to the "brand new" feel of loft-style apartments, or are seeking a place where your needs are catered to as in a hotel, do not rent here. But if you are seeking a unique, communal community of like-minded people, an authentic loft space, and love Poncey-Highlands, you'll be very happy here. I have seen several complaints about Sarah but we have had no issues with her. She is very upfront if there are any problems but also willing & able to listen/help when you have issues as well.

Wonderful Building. Outstanding Management
A beautiful, upscale original loft building situated in Poncy Highlands/Inman Park. One of the best, most original inner city living experiences Atlanta has to offer. Across from Freedom Parkway and at the foot of the beltline for quick walks to Piedmont park and Midtown Shopping. Huge spaces, high ceilings and a building of some noterity on the National Registry of Historic places. Also, housed right next door to local hot spot 2 Urban Licks. A great distinction of this residence is excellent management, timely repairs and a system of organization and structure where rules apply to everyone and all are treated uniformly and fair. A great living experience with fun, ecletic people and a renouned yearly art show now in it's 13th year every December. If you are looking for wide open space and a real big city loft experience, Telephone Factory is it! Spaces move quick as once you start living here, you won't want to leave!
